I'm looking to put our application in for a PMV within the next mth but will probably use an agent as my case is a little complicated. Just in talks with agent now & collecting info. We've been waiting a long time to get to this point so it's all very exciting! Will b good to c when you get assigned a co so don't for get to share the news ? best of luck

I'm looking to go over on a prospective Marriage Visa & my young son will be coming with me. I know i need to have his father sign a leave to remove & fill in 40SP & 47SP form but can anyone tell me what other forms do i need? Many thanks

Where did u read that it's rare for couples to get their PMV turned down? I think it takes about 8-9 months for a PMV which would work out just right for u but yr agent should have told u that. I really don't know much as i'm just collecting info myself and hope to apply for a PMV at some point this year!

Found the forms i need for pmv but does anyone know what form i need to add my son to my visa? thought it was 47A but it says for 18 and over and his only 6yrs old. Is it the same form? many thanks

Is there anyone out there that could help me with some information on a PMV? I'm trying to collect as much info as poss! I'm 43 yrs old with a 6yr old son and we want to go and live with my Aussie partner. I will need to get a leave to remove form my ex for my son and i'm unsure how that's going to go yet, i may need to go to court. Anyway I have known my partner for bout 3yrs and at first we did try to move on with our lives but that hasn't worked and we just need to be together. We had a lovely time together at the end of last year and he is coming here for a month this summer.. both myself & my son can't wait for that We keep in touch through Whatsapp, text and he calls me but we don't have much in the way of proof of our relationship. A few photo's, cards and only a few emails from before last xmas. I would love to hear from someone that has or is going through the same. Also would like to know what info i need to send with my visa, cost of everything? Thank you for your time
