Think I'm going to bed now.

It really is real guys. It's there in Black and White on the DIAC website and that's good enough for me.

Well done to us and sweet dreams!!

I was almost at lost but the new year has brought the good news !!!

By the way it looks like all the occupations are now eligible for both of 176/886 (permanent) and 475/487 (provisional) for new applicants. Who's going to apply for 475/487 then?

(I applied for 475 because my occupation wasn't eligible for 176.)

We are on the list as Chief information officer. We were abit worried that it says NOT AVAILABLE. Read this "If your occupation is listed on the SSML but listed as ‘Not Available’, it means that no new applications will be accepted for that occupation for this planning year, but your visa application with DIAC, will still move to Processing Priority 2."

Am so excited.....Good luck to all

Hi all I just got this from the cat 2 thread.

The South Australia State Migration Plan was released 5 January 2011.

Allocation of applications with an occupation on the SA SMP will commence

in the week beginning 17 January 2011 and will continue concurrently with

allocation of WA SMP cases.

For applications with an occupation on the Western Australia State

Migration Plan the current allocation dates are as below -

Skilled – Sponsored (Migrant) subclass 176 & 475

VE 176 (e-lodged): 12 November 2008

VE 176 (paper): 12 November 2008

All other Priority 2 applications lodged on or before 13 December 2010

have been allocated.

I think this red text is terrible... CO will allocate together for WA and SA... so now CO struck at Dec 2008 ... for 2010 applicants of SA need to wait more ...might be 1.5 to 2 months ?
