I was initially a Priority 5 applicant, lodged my application in June 2009. The CO has changed the status of all the required documents including PCC and Meds as met. Just a quick update - I emailed my agent asking them to check with WASS whether form 1100 was in fact forwarded to DIAC. This they did and WASS confirmed they sent it on 3rd May. My agent said that technically the 4-week 'rule' doesn't start until 1100 was received by DIAC. So they will chase DIAC on the 4th June if we hadn't heard anything. [/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE] Cant really think what this is about as i dont know your circumstances- but you can down load a statutory declaration form from the Australian govt site - you can find this by googling - if you have a previous criminal record/offence it may just be that you need to confirm your offending is in the past and state that you will not reoffend whilst in Australia, but if were you I would email them to find out so you are sure? Urghhh :cry: Oh Jars it is agony waiting but they seem to send messages of case allocation from team 2 over the weekend so there's still hope it wont be that long!- we cant have our meds until until 18th of June due to OH's work pattern, so know a little of how frustrated you feel, as so many are front loading theirs! you never know we may be getting grants at the same time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
