Basically you will have to go through a training Organization that would use your uk qualifications in RPL if you chose that path be careful who you go with , might be a idea to contact master builders or HIA and have a chat with them for best options as I know in nsw they are very fussy who’s RPL they will except to get licensed.

They won’t accept uk qualifications to get any trade licence over here , you can use it to get equivalent but it all costs money. what type of work are you looking to do and which state ?

I live in hunter valley and work in Newcastle takes me around 50 min to get into city it’s a very safe city , good family vibe definitely on the up it’s NSW biggest growth area lots of beaches close by you could do a lot worse
