As of today my application has been decided, not in the way i wanted to but.. My application has been refused, i ve been denied the grant, due to lack of work experience on the field ( or so he/she said) I vee been empolyee in the position of accountant since 2006, but they havent taken that into account ( they considered as been employee starting july 2009, but even that would have meet the criteria since they are requested to have been working for 12 months in the last 24 so....) And while analising my details from work they considered that my tasks didnt actually met the accountant tasks from australia.... ( i did looked it up and .. what do u know... on the Dep. list of ocupations under the accountant.. what im doing pretty much match the tasks there...... ) Anyway.... game over for me guys...... I don't know whats involved with an appeal but like others say it has to be worth ago especially if you can get statutory declaration from bosses or colleague stating you do cover all the aspects they state an Accountant does - thats assuming you can ask :huh: I can't believed they let you go so far through the process then deny it on experience - I thought once you'd passed the skills assessment that was covered:mad: Very big :hug::hug::hug:'s Est Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I kept thinking we were in a very similar situation, as both hadn't been granted. Guest sakthikumar Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 Dear friend, i am really sorry to hear that ,ur visa has been denied... hey i started for visa processing in the yr 2008.. i really thought processing through a consultancy will be a wise idea even though we spend money more.. but for two yrs they got me only tra. they really had a poor knowledge in processing and i just got cheated... i lost my ielts validity...,money ,my hard work and so on... then only ,i tried to give a try by myself . i gave my ielts exams again and applied for state sponsorship... to my surprise,i had my sponsorship successful. then onwwards,i got confidence and started to proceeed on my own.. now i have got my visa... what i really want to say is that...never ever loose ur hope.... pls keep struggling with proper planning and advice.... surely u will get ur visa soon....pls dont loose ur hope..........my dear friend Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
