Today --I've decided i wouldn't from now on think much about this CO allocation, File in Que blah blah blah, Its really stressing me out with all negatives.

I'd give myself and dept more 2 -4 months as majority of the cases here are picked after 1 year or 14 months of 186 submission, this way i'd still be counting for more 2-4 months to complete without worrying for anything. :(

I think that is very wise, ready other people's experiences can sometimes add more stress to the waiting

Hello everybody, is there any reason my entry has been removed from the spreadsheet (Jan 2018)? I'm assuming this is just somebody writing his/her own data over mine by mistake

Where can I access these spreadsheets? Pardon my ignorance, new to forums

Hi there !

Happy Monday y'all !

Anyone applied/ applying for a 186 in VIC? Most of the applications from the spreadsheets seems to be from NSW lol !

Not that it matters really ><

I think that's just the processing office. I'm in VIC and so far my communication has been from NSW PESE.

In saying that though, I'm not sure most on that spreadsheet are correct in stating the processing office. If you read the note at the bottom - the automated letters/emails may come from NSW PESE but only when you have a CO assigned will you learn where your application is actually being processed (hence i removed 'NSW PESE' from my row for now).

The way I am reading this is that they just aren't looking at 186 applications for STSOL skills until after the 1st of March when they can filter out the fraudulent crap from the genuine applications.

Thanks Jimmy for this post- But question still remains , What exactly they mean by fraudulent applications? I mean I dont care about those fraudulent applications but we are following the process of 2years 457 and then TRT why they came up with this?

30% of fraudulent applications or companies who don't comply to their immigration obligations seem huge to me... Why people applies if they know their applications are dodgy....:)

I mentioned before about my friend getting her application appointed after 4 months (applied Nov 2017) and here being on the MLTSSL, whereas I have been waiting since June 17 (marketing specialist STSOL). I am just guessing but I would say that prior to March 1st they have reclassified most of the STSOL applications as high risk in order for new measurements after the 1st March to reclassify each application according to any new the formula they have created which brings in the AFP and ATO partners etc. So be it TRT or DIRECT they need to look and validate the genuineness of all existing STSOL 186 applications using their new method post April 2017 announcement.

I think after March things might move a lot quicker (fingers crossed) but don't listen to me I talk out my bum

but the MLTSSL applications might not been genuine as well :) Else, I hope they will process our applications much faster from the 1st of March.

Finger Crossed :)

true but probably a lot less applications post April 2017 announcement as MLTSSL still has routes to PR after March 1st whereas STSOL you lose if you snooze hence the rush to get applying which is probably why there may be a lot of dud applications to sift through.

If I remember well when you apply for a 457 visa one of the questions they ask is how the wages will be paid. My first boss used to pay cash (although it was on the books and with super) and we have stated that to Immi. Never had a problem. When I transferred my visa to my current employer I remember the agent asking this question again. Check with your friend if he has reported this from the beginning, if so it might be easy to deal with (a letter from the accountant perhaps will do alongside with the form where he has reported it in the past).

Not able to figure out whether it was lodged as Cash or Bank ! But if it is bank and He received Cash ! Is it a problem ? Please advice he is quite stressed ?

Anyone

I am actually thinking about take ITLES while waiting. Maybe i will choose 189 and drop 186.

Even thought my application is genuine, i can not stand for the waiting. It makes me suffer. There is saying ' self-help is better than help from others', i am sick of depending my life on someone else. My employer is a fking bitch, she is the worst person i have seen in my entire life. Moreover, i have missed so many opportunities because this ' you have to stay with your one and only beloved employer' crap. I will wait for another 6 months, that is it. Meanwhile i will try to get enough points for 189.

love this system.
