  4. ENS visa hurdle

Well I wasnt sure what you meant "check". I was under the impression you meant go through all documentation with a fine toothcomb.

How can i get it done and what are the cost involves? - how many years of work experience do i need to have? - is it possible to apply in WA Thank you guys. Wrong thread mate. Just have a quick scan through the topics and you find a 489 one no doubt.

I was actually applauding you for your outlook initially

I don't mean to sound condescending but I think you are oversimplifying it just a tad. Some people have developed certain ways of dealing with stress, ways of thinking and so on over the lifetime and its very clear on this forum who they are (I am one). Telling someone its just a simple change in attitude is like telling someone who is seriously depressed that they just need to 'cheer up'. Many people who are continually negative in the context of this forum will have had the same outlook on life for years. Think you need to be a little more respectful of others emotions. Just because you are happy it doesn't mean that others have to be. Run your own race. My opinion not a fact of course.

Good for you. Unfortunately we can't all be like that for a million and one issues! World might be a better place if we could have the same outlook but thats just life.

Sort of agree. My case is good proof. Approved sponsor since inception of the visa with 9000 Victorian employees and a huge turnover. Made no difference!

My company turns over 2 billion and I earn well into large numbers. Still no visa after nearly 11 months ha. I reckon your occupation got you it and good for you!

Well said. Lets keep the good vibes up as much as possible although its bloody hard. P.S - I reckon you are going to get yours this week. Lets see if im right!

Also.... WTF with these visa timeline changes. Its like every time I get close to the 90% number, they push it back a month. If I believed in God I would be seriously questioning his/her motives right now. Literally taking the piss.
