But yeah, my boss already plan to hold a celebration party for me cause she knows i wanted the PR so bad.. so probably open few bottles of champagne, whisky, soju, you name it and sink with them the night.     GUYS.. I cant believe I am typing this. I have the golden email 3 hours after my nomination was approved this morning. I have got my PR now.... If you guys have anything that would like to ask me. Please feel free and I will try as much as I know to help you with the knowledge I have got along this process. Finally the wait is over!!! YAY!!!!! Good luck to everyone!

    Hey guys! My nomination has just been approved ten minutes ago. Now... waiting for my visa decision. 186 TRT CHEF nom lodged 28/08/2017 visa lodged 30/10/2017 asked for bas, tax return, p&L 13/06/2018 nom approved 23/07/2018 will let you guys know when my golden email comes!

    as long as it is under the same ABN, but if it is under different ABN after it was sold, then you have wasted for the first five months, but since you reapply for the nomination, then 2 years time starts to count when your second visa (second nomination) was granted.

    As far as I know, if the business changes its ABN, you most probably will get a refusal. Different name of business but same abn is still likely work out. Consult a migration agent to find out as there must be a legislative instrument which they could find the solution. If you are applying TRT, you MUST only work for SAME / ONE company for two years or until your visa is finalised.

    it could be refused. theres many cases similar to you. they already paid first year , they were late to pay the second year, the nomination was refused straight away. another one, they paid 2% out of total two years, the CO also rejected it cause training needs to be paid each year when the SBS is approved. I am sorry.

    oi@parkesy you know what. i just found out literally just now that a case officer has requested further documents on 15/6 and I jomiat found out earlier today. holy moly... he is requesting bas and profit loss and tax return. oh man hopefully it gets through well and all good. I am finger crossing myself!

    I guess its not right if you say immigration doesnt consider restaurant manager as a genuine need at all, cause there’s lots of people granted for the past two months for restaurant manager. it depends on case by case (where you work, what kind of restaurants, what kind of food you serve, etc). You need to read the legislative instruments and the caveats for Restaurant manager carefully.

    oh my God.. i put my hats off to you mate! this is one of the most interesting, informative post on this forum so far besides all of the grants. hopefully we will get it soon mate. I always try to believe that every night before I sleep that I will receive the golden email the next day, except on Friday and Saturday night and the night before public holiday. ha ha.. I guess you will be getting one soon for the fact that someone granted recently for Aug, Oct 2017 application for marketing and you are on June even, whilst I havent seen any chefs recently. oh man, i will be getting as drunk as I could literally once i get the golden email. I cant wait to get drunk.

    my workplace wasnt very good in the past 5 months and I was stressed out and almost gave up.. lucky i had friends and family supporting me all the way..., it just started to get much better now, but still, when it comes down to this waiting game, i am still frustrated eventhough it is not as much as I was before. I lost 4kg during that stressful time!

    I wish I could forget this forum and the immigration stuff. But it gets too much in my brain already and i feel like I check this forum unconsciously sometimes and realised damn, I keep opening this whenever i turn on my phone.. I guess there is no point of checking immiaccount as the first thing you will receive is an email from immigration straight away. I was shocked I received an email from immigration 3 days ago, but then I read the subject it was bridging visa grant.. i was like... damnnnnnnn.... man. i hope this is over soon with a very good news and for everybody who has been waiting since last year!

    I guess it depends on the occupations. mine is Chef too applied in Aug 2017. Theres many cook granted recently for June applications, it is very good for your friend who got approved alr when she did in November. I havent heard any Chefs got granted recently (on this forum). So.. when you will get it? I dont know. cause I dont know mine either
