  1. I am not certain how many points she earned. maybe 60/65. and its victoria.
  2. well thats none of us would be able to find out the truth. But, based on my research on this forum and talk with my other mates and my experience .. there are a lot of factors. some of them are based on your visa subclass, your occupation, your passport as well. my friend applied chef 190 in feb 2018, she just received the invitation to apply last week. another friend applied 186 direct entry for some unusual occupation, he got granted in less than 3 months. My another friend applied 186 TRT chef in august, he hasnt heard anything. and based on the spreadsheet, have a look and judge yourself what occupations got granted very quick and what happened to cook and chef...
  3. mate theres 16k apps only in June 2017. in average, in 1 day there are 500 and or maybe more cause more poeple must have lodged last minute prior to rule change. and this forum is only a piece of crumb in a whole cake (haha im a chef so I like to use food as an analogy lol).. at leastyou have heard same position granted in the same month and even same date as yours!! I havent seen any my occupation granted in my lodgment month... wait okayyy cheers :) ???? we can do this mate.
  4. I guess it all depends on the CO and the team. some granted without even ever uploaded recent docs (only docs prior to lodgment) . i dont know.. i am sorry for what happened.. but yeah, if you are meant to be here , you will be here and vice versa. Let the universe decides.
  5. holy moly! i am even more jealous! i applied 30 august 2017 and visa 2 months later. Chef... but still received :(. Did CO ask for any recent documents or you uploaded already the recent one or just the period prior to lodgement?
  6. holy sh*t.. I am so sorry to hear that. what a shocking news.. do you know how much is the turnover ? do they give a proper judgment in the nomination refusal reason? thats ridiculous man...
  7. trust me, everyone has their own sacrifices and everyone thinks they are the ones who deserve to get priority. but, each of us has our own difficult situation, regardless, to ease your mind, think of whatever you could do today and wait patiently until the moment comes. I was in very difficult situation too and yet yeah I am still waiting now. I dont want you to lose hope but at the same time I dont want you to give up for something big. lots of people want to be in ur position, the fact that you are on yoour way to PR.. Be positive and believe there is nothing that we are incapable of. Good luck to us.
  8. Congratulations !!!![emoji322][emoji323][emoji324] btw, WHERE are the CHEF’s approval? where? I havent seen or heard for a while... everyday it drives me freaking crazy like literally!
  9. same here. I was thinking yesterday, yeah it would be soon.... then I saw updated processing times this morning i was like [emoji1617]immigration! ruining my mood today
  10. 12-13 months for TRT now. I am giving up.. [emoji1617][emoji1617][emoji1617][emoji1617][emoji1617][emoji1617][emoji1617]
  11. its just human nature that people being smartass ( I might be being smartass too by saying this lol) yeah man.. nothing we could do but wait calmly until our moment come. its good to have sharing infornation, not argumentation
  12. what do you mean no new documents been uptodates. usually CO will ask for recent documents, not straight refused with that reasons of no recent documents
  13. HAHAHA omg bro, i was going to reply the same thing after I read that, then I found you already did. LOL that “!” though.. I see your annoyance and anger!!! ????
  14. it was pain in the ass to fill up the 10 years travel history for me. I literally looked at my 2 old passports immigration stamps whenever i got in and left the countries for hourssss.. ridiculous!
  15. chill out bro. I have been waiting since August 17, same occupation. Some people here have been waiting since April even. enjoy your days.. when it says 11-12 months, yes it will be. thats the bitter truth I am telling you.
  16. thats a freaking good common sense which I always did before I even flooded the forum with a question like which occupation? trt/de? so annoying to read that.. ha ha...
  17. he works in the office supplying products for officework etc, managing the stocks to order and distribute to the retails basically.. lucky him, he said its the hand of God that he got it this early. good for him..
  18. one of my friend was on 457 not even two years. then the company decided to sponsor him under 186 direct entry ‘Knowledge and organization professional’ (which i have no idea what on earth is that occupation).. it was lodged in February 2018, and yeah he got it in April 2018.. and YES, its freaking less than 3 months... I am happy for him, at the same time, its soo frustrating about what immigration does. [emoji34][emoji46][emoji58][emoji58][emoji58][emoji58]

  20. is this 186 forum visa or argument forum? hahaha my MA said yes we technically sign to have intention to work for another 2 years. However, if we could provide genuine reason for example you have better offer as better pay or better position and you leave the employer in a good term, obviously the immigration can’t build a big wall to put you in difficult situation to have a better life. So they wouldnt withdraw your PR. the only thing that they could withdraw if you have provided false documentation or something like that... where issss myy PRR??? whennnnnnn is it coming damn it! 8.3 months now
