it looks like someone has messed up the spreadsheets. many of you guys have been removed , june 2017 used to be a lot of waitijg applicants, now its left few of them... i dont see the point of that person messing up. what a joke

my timeframe is updated to 11-12 months now from 8-10 months . I am hitting 8 months in 5 days, I was already excited about that, but not anymore. darn!

Congrats man. when you said no additional documents requested, did you or your MA always uploaded recent documents or only docs when you submitted the applications?

I feel you@parkesy , mate! haha it is annoying to see there are a lot of new posts which everyone expects to read someone being granted or sharing the experiences regarding the application process, but what we read is a bloody question that everyone is already sick about. Come on guys.. use this forum more effeciltively, we are already stressed about the waiting and the speculations.

Congrats to all Cooks who have been granted recently and other hospitality occupations. Any CHEFS granted recently that anyone knows about?! Feel like to know which month of lodgement for chefs granted recently.............................................. Waiting game feels so choking. I couldn't breathe easily anymore. =X

same here mate. its so annoying to see someone being granted after only 3-4 months whilst others are still waiting 1 year and more! i tried not to open this website for a day but i couldnt resist it. damn immigration!

Hey guys, do you think case officer always asks for recent documents on the extended months where we are waiting the file to be opened? anyone knows any case that they don’t necessarily always ask for and grant the nomination straight away instead?

May i know what the documents they requested? are they requesting more recent documents about financial stuffs / training benchmark thing in the months where you have been waiting since you lodged the application? or they will only loook at the period before you lodged the applicaiton? thanks heaps

we are on the same boat mate. chef trt in Melbourne, lodged August 2017. thats what i felt too, i havent seen any chefs cooks and rest managers got approved since I joined this forum which was last year July.

I really dont understand. if you look at the spreadsheet, there was some chefs got approved within 6-7 months, even cook as well 6 months. however there are some cooks have been waiting for more than 10-15 months. well, i dont know if they didnt update the spreadsheet or they are still waiting.. feel like this occupation is being underestimated and left aside. ANY OTHER CHEFS are waiting????!!!!!!!

Hi, I’d like to know for this particular occupation, how many people are waiting and how long have they been waiting for as so many said that this occupation take quite a while to get processed. So if you could share your details here that’d be great to know.

Are you also applying TRT under chef occupation? did you submit all of the documents as decision ready application? Yeah, I dont want to wait too long cause I am afraid of the training benchmark thing as my employer doesnt want to deal with it anymore.

hello orang indo ! as far as i know : 1. it depends on the condition when she has the visa granted. she might have full right to work anywhere she wants as she is your dependent visa. so yeah she will be able to work in Sydney. 2. Come on bro, getting the PR is never easy. everyone has the same struggling situation as much as you. if you have no problem with your employer, you should be feeling lucky. A lot of people including me is stuck in a bad employer alright. the 2 years period starts on the day where your 187 visa is granted, not when you have the bridging. so yeah, the day you have your 187 granted then thats the first day of obligation you have to work at.

For those who have been granted, was your company at some point being called or approached by CO or immigration officer like investigation or interview or something? or not necessarily CO will investigate the company directly?

has anyone emailed DIBP regarding what months period are they processing at the moment? Have they moved on from June to August now? oh man. I only need my nomination and visa granted for Christmas gift this year, nothing else, like literally those two please.
