thanks for replying, did it happen to your case? oh man, everything has been lodged, but my MA said should be fine.. could you please tell me more details about the period? in my case, 457 starts on April, but I started working on June 2015.. we had apprentice from 2014 until November 2016.. I lodged my ENS on August 2017.. what do you think?

Hi guys, I have one more question regarding the training benchmark. what happens if the company fulfils first year period and second year period of the sponsorship but not the third one which is the perioed where you are lodging the ENS? will it be a trouble?

Hi guys, I have lodged my 186 TRT since two months ago.. I have a question, will the officer ask every payslip of my previous working place including overseas or they will mainly concern the payslips during two years on the employer as the one who nominates my PR?? Thank you!

Hi guys, anyone is familiar with my situation about TRT training benchmark? my MA lodged the nom apps since end of Aug 2017 Chef position. However I am a lil bit worried about the training. Here is the details. 457 granted 18 April 2015 I started working 21 June 2015 my 2 years eligibility will start on 21 June 2017, lodged 186 on 28 August 2017. Training benchmark : 18 April 2015-18April 2016 - more than 2% of payroll 18 April 2016-18 April 2017 - more than 2% of payroll 18 April 2017 - current date - 0 (cause we hire no apprentice anymore) Do you think I will pass the training benchmark? my MA said it shouldnt be a problem but I am still worried .
