  1. Something unbelievable just happened. I haven't checked this email since I got my visa granted (2 months ago), then just now wanted to get some news from you @Parkesy. So I looked up you name and saw the big news! Well congrats mate! Very happy for you!
  2. That's it. Applied 6th June - TRT - Finalised 7th May. No documents requested. No fuss. I just refreshed the page and it moved from received to finalised. My MA still hasn't called :-)
  3. OMG I got it. Just now. applied 6th June as Finance Manager - now finalised. Can't believe it.
  4. Hi mate, Not experts here but my wife had to undertake the IELTS as well, as the second applicant. I believe she had to have at least 4 or 5 everywhere (just basic English). As always...check with your MA :-)
  5. No, Early June. I am not very happy with this prediction. then again I've waited 331 days I can wait another 8 :-) Cheers mate, we'll get there!
  6. Can I get a prediction as well mate? Before Saturday if possible... Thanks a lot in advance and kind regards
  7. OMG OzDream!! I was genuinely hoping you'd get your visa before me! You had been waiting way too long! Enjoy your freedom and come and visit us poor souls :-)
  8. Welcome Rick! Unfortunately no one, not even the gvt can give you a formal, certain answer. I think you should start thinking of other solutions in the meantime, while hoping you get the visa approved before the dreaded timeline. And if your owner is selling, any chance you can get a job with the new one? Good luck!
  9. I think after 25 months of waiting it's only fair though. As the website say we are not applicants, we are clients. We deserve customer service. Imagine buying goods for $10k and not receiving them after 2 years!
  10. Thanks mate! You know how hard it is sometimes! So when is the party and what can we bring?!
  11. Congrats mate!!! It seems there is a new pattern: People waiting just under 365 days.
  12. Very slow for a Friday today... Question for people that already got their visa granted... do you remember what time that was? Just to know what time I can lose hope for the day :-)
  13. You mean like a group where people share their timelines and approvals? I think there's one already: https://www.pomsinoz.com/topic/193485-skillselect-ens-186-timeline/ Cheers
  14. I'm an atheist, yet I trust God more than I trust the government for speeding up their processes Congrats Navneet, enjoy!
  15. Too true. My colleague with the same occupation, same job as me got approved his visa on Friday last week. He applied in September 17, 4 months AFTER me. Luck of the draw, so far unlucky :-)
  16. Hello. I can answer the 2nd question. What we have been seeing for almost all months is that 20-25% of people get their visa approved within 6 months (usually on the medium term list). Then there is a dry spell of 3-4 months Then we see approvals again at 10-12 months. For July itself it simply looks like they weren't a lot of applicants from our forum. Because the rules had changed 1st of July, a lot of us tried to apply beforehands. Hope that helps! Cheers
  17. Thanks Fida you're like the wholesome intervention officer :-) I think I'll get mine today. I got married on Friday the 13th 5 years ago, only good things happen on that day :-)
