    Morning all, Happy April! Funny story my mate who applied as an accountant in May-17 texted me on the 1st of April that he got his visa approved the previous day. I thought of a not-so-funny April fools, until he sent me the confirmation email. They were working during Easter long Weekend!! They must start feeling the pressure of the backlog, hopefully it is our turn soon! Have a great week!

    FYI emailed my agent to escalate as I've been waiting 9.5 months (only, I know ;-)) - His answer: "I've contacted immigration, will let you know when I have an answer." Good to have people that take their jobs seriously!

    I do think (hope?) you are wrong there. Lots of TRT people that have applied in April to June (9-11 months ago) are waiting, I think much more than 10%

    Hi mate, Unfortunately no way to find out except follow this forum and pick up trends. Luck of the draw as well. Even if you went through an agent you must have an immiaccount where you uploaded your medical tests, and you can import your application with a number that hte agent would have given you. Good luck!

    Thought of everything! I want to try the crystal of Roederer champagne, so I'll invite my wife to a cheap and cheerful BYO restaurant and give it to her as a present. When she asks what for, I'll give her the letter. Then we'll cry. Then I'll put pressure on my company to give me another job! :-)
