    Seems like delaying done purposely. Have seen nominations approved since september 19 and nothing heard so far. Thats only 187s. But had seen grants flowing in 186. Like they want 187 candidates to strect as far as they can. My view only.

    Period starts after the grant. Dont forget that after two years you have to sign contract again for Immigration without that they dont grant visa either.
