Nope if u are employed by same company for say more than three months they have to put u on full time subject you working casual full time. That's rule from trade Unions.

Guys just a lil curiosity.. if nomination is approved then how much in Percentage you have won the battle.. just an idea I want.. Generally said that all done but taking time at the moment.

They can't keep u on casual after three months.

Hii Just a query As per (ii) required employment period two years starting on the day of commencement of employment. Is it post visa or if someone already working for three years and waiting for grant will be deemed fit in this requirement. Thanks

Hey there Better not to change ur address officially. As u are already on PR no problem but there will be problem when u apply for citizenship. So be careful in what u do.
