    hey Raul,

    hope this message finds you well, just need your opinion 187 visa lodged as Marketing specialist in June 2017 RCB and Nomination approved august 2017 but visa refused feb 2018 lack of experience did mistake from my side now AAT will be on august 2020 submitted all the docs which proves my experince what is you opinion about outcome.

      As the matter is complex I would need much more detail to be able to offer an opinion.

      If the application was refused based on not meeting the skill requirement of the Direct Entry pathway, you will face difficulty as this is a time of lodgement criteria.

      If you are being represented by an Agent, they should have already briefed you on the chane of sucsess.

      Thank you for your response, yes my agent has done plenty of mistakes but still he is the one who's presenting my case but I have done all the preparation lets hope for the best

    Thank you so much for taking time to read my post but you completely misunderstood my nomination was approved but visa was refused because of lack of an experience so now my Aat hearing date has come in august 2020 so my question is any one have been in same situation please advise

    Hello fellows, my 187 visa got refused on feb 2018 but my nomination was approved eight months before visa refused now Aat open in august 2020 I have gone through nearly all posts most of they have got nomination refused. does any one have an experienced of Same journey if yes what is outcome or if not then please advise what are the chances from Aat hearing. Your reply would be highly appreciated
