Hi, I have submitted 190 state nominated visa application in march using immi account. The "last updated" date has changed to June but the status still shows as "Received". Any idea how to intrepret this change in "last updated" date. I don't think any case officer has looked at the application otherwise the status would have changed to 'Assessment'. Thx. 1. After submitting my second EOI, I noticed that the "Last updated" date on my immi account for my 190 applicaiton has been changed. The new "Last updated" date is same as the day I submitted second EOI. I think perhaps, immi account modified my current 190 application to show that applicant has submitted a second EOI. If I now withdraw my second EOI, will the "last updated" date in my 190 application for first EOI change in immi account? Will it not confuse case officer as to what information was modified? 2. Should I simply login and withdraw the second EOI using the button provided? Or should I write to immi to get it deleted? Thx again.

Hi, I have got two EOI in system right now. For first EOI, I have already received 190 invitation. I then applied for 190 visa based on this 190 invitation. Currently I am waiting for a case officer to be allocated for my 190 visa application. I think I need to withdraw the second EOI now. Just want to be sure I don't mess up things while withdrawing my second EOI. If I click withdraw button in my second EOI, will it cancel my first EOI as well? I don't think it will but just want to be 100% sure that withdrawing second EOI will have no effect on my first EOI for which I am waiting case officer for 190. Has someone actually withdrawn second EOI and noticed no effect on the first EOI? Thx for reading the post.

Thx so much for your time. I am more inclined to withdraw second EOI now. Do you think i have already messed things by creating second eoi in the first place? While creating second eoi, it seemed like a harmless thing to do. Just for sake of understanding, how exactly will my second eoi negatively effect my current 190 for which i am awaiting case officer. Thx for your reply. Just to be clear I have already got 190 invitation of my first EOI and have submitted all documents for 190 in immi website. At the moment waiting for case officer to be assigned for my 190 application. I am sure case officer will approve my 190 as all points claimed are fully supported by documents. Apart from of being no use, is there any way my second EOI can have any negative effect of my current 190 visa application in immi website? I might have already confused case officer by creating a new EOI when my 190 is already being processed, I don't want to confuse more now by withdrawing the new second EOI. Thx.

Hi, Is it ok to submit a new EOI while awaiting 190 visa processing based on an existing EOI? I submitted my first EOI and received 190 nominations on this EOI. I then applied for 190 visa based on this 190 invitation. Currently I am waiting for a case officer to be allocated for my 190 visa application. While waiting for my 190 visa processing which is taking so long, I then submitted a new EOI. There has been no change in circumstance between my first EOI (based on which my current 190 visa is being processed) and the new second EOI. Also both are for same state as well.
