Hi, does anyone know if after you arrive at your destination ie Brisbane airport you then undergo quarantine for14 days ..after this time are you free to catch an interstate domestic flight within Queensland without undergoing quarantine again??

Hi, has anyone received a travel exemption for work purposes? In a bit of a dilemma..my husband and I need to give 12 and 8 weeks off of work respectively but it states that u have to apply no more than 2 months before your flight but if we get refused then we'll have paid for flights we cant use and no jobs..does anyone have any advice?

Has anyone broached the subject of getting an aussie licence on a 491 visa? I understand if u r a visitor u can drive for 12 months on a uk one, a permanent resident for 3 months, but can find no info on a 491visa

Not for me, my son, bsc biology. Just not sure whether the act was passed..otherwise its international fees until we get a 191!!... gulp #needanotherpaperround -

Hmm.bit confused..I thought parliament passed an amendment so that 491visa holders are able to be classified as domestic students? -

I really am split, my sister wants to look after him in Scotland and I think this might be the best option for his safety but it would also break my heart to leave him.

Has anyone have any experience of taking a very small ( toy sized) dog to northern Queensland? I would love to take him but worry about the safety aspect ie snakes.

Thank you, I'm a midwife and haven't seen any full time jobs advertised for the sunshine coast in months, we're moving from Hampshire in the UK.

I would love the sunshine coast but lack of jobs mean that I need to expand my search....fair amount of jobs for my profession in both areas so could head there initially and then decide after a year or two whether to stay there or move..have you any experience of either?

I know everyone's circumstances are different but just wanted people's opinions on which area is better for families? ie. Things to do with teenagers, safety from a crime and wildlife point of view! Interested in peoples views and stories xx
