  1. Which requires a number of years experience in her occupation. Gaining even a student visa, would not change that.
  2. Your best course of action would be to speak to a registered migration agent
  3. Just going to add, start the process early. This isn’t a quick thing.
  4. I am not sure where you are getting the idea that because 12 months have passed, all is good. There is no such thing. At the moment, he is likely to fail the character test. The department would have asked questions if he had declared them, but it would have been unlikely to have resulted in a refusal. But, his lying now does pose serious questions and you should seek professional advice.
  5. Speak to a good registered migration agent. The biggest issue will be the failure to declare on a previous visa.
  6. We used Dogtainers and found them fantastic. We were very nervous as he is a very nervous chihuahua with some health issues. They couldn’t have been better. We had a sudden issue at the last minute when the airline accounced hours before that they were suddenly stopping all pet flights. But, Dogtainers sorted it. We got emails with pictures showing him having a lovely time prior to the flight. We were updated on his change in Dubai and he landed and probably had a better flight than us. Though he did have jet lag, which was a bit funny.
  7. A 891 is an investment visa. Do you mean a 189? At the moment, you can not go to Australia on a working holiday visa as the borders are closed to none residents and citizens
  8. The visa will have a first entry date on it. This is normally 12 months from the police or medical check, which ever was the earliest
  9. I want to consolidate my super funds. However, I can’t remember all of the funds I have and don’t have all of the paperwork. I know that this can be done by the ATO. But, when I try log into the ATO it says it has sent a text to my phone number. But, I no longer live in Australia and don’t have my old Australian phone. I am going round in circles. Any advice?
  10. I can not state strongly enough how important it is to use a good registered migration agent in this. The largest threads we have running at the moment are for 186 and 187 refusals. The majority of which would never have been refused with the help from an agent
  11. One of our regular members is wrussel who can be contacted here https://www.pinoyau.com
  12. Speak to a good registered migration agent to see if there are any options
  13. Wrussel is a regular member of the forum and highly regarded and can be contacted here https://www.pinoyau.com
  14. You need to speak to a good registered migration agent.
  15. It is a bit in the air at the moment. Though six to nine months appears to be average.
  16. At the moment, there is zero chance of that. Australia has effectively closed its borders. Even citizens have issues entering or even leaving.
  17. It will be very hard at the moment to get a visa. The 189 requires 95 points to get an invite and the 190 and 491 are closed. Have you done your skills assessment?
  18. You are entitled to NHS treatment the moment you arrive. Just go to a GP and register. If you have any medical issues, then ask your current GP to detail these and bring them with you.
  19. Unless you studied in WA, then this occupation isn’t available for WA sponsorship. Be aware as well, that the 491 and 190 are currently effectively closed across Australia and nobody knows when they will reopen.
