Thanks Hi grm092008, I am Dec 2008 Applicant (GSM 176-Online). As per department's official website, they have allocated till 18 Jan 2008 (see link below). My question is if i add her name with my PR application (subclass 886) can she apply for student visa to get here in June/July. what are the possibilities to be rejected by the department if she applies ? During interview they asked me about my application, and I told them that I applied, but it's been too long, and i can't keep my studies and career on hold just because their dept is taking time with the other application, so i decided to come back as student.
