Need Help, I have recently got married and came back to OZ. Since i am on BV at the moment there is no way i can bring my wife here until i get PR. My question is if i add her name with my PR application (subclass 886) can she apply for student visa to get here in June/July. what are the possibilities to be rejected by the department if she applies ?

I just got BVB last week as i need to go overseas for couple of months. They have given me permission to stay overseas for almost one year. So i would say , u can visit overseas as long as u have permission from DIBP

Hi Everyone, I have been a silent reader since a few months...thought of sharing my frustration with u all. I applied in Sep 09 , 886FS but no CO allocated yet. have no idea why they hold my application can anyone plz suggest me what should i do. Thanks
