Thanks zahoorahmed for the effort! here are my missing details: Form 80, PCC, MED requested 11 Mar 2014 Submission of Form 80, PCC, MED 27 Mar 2014. Ive updated the 175er lists as well. Waiting time between submission of final docs to grant of visa varies far and wide. Anything between a few days or weeks to a couple of months, sometimes even a year as seen in this thread. One important determinant in my opinion is the country from which you originate. If its a a high risk country, it may take longer. Conversely, if its low risk, it usually takes a short time. I must say though, there is a window period of 28 days by which you must either submit all requested documents or submit receipts or invoices evidencing that you are in the process of getting the requested documents.

Simply provide evidence to the CO that you have indeed applied for the police clearance You can provide 1. a payment receipt or 2. letter from the police dept saying that the clearance is in progress. COs understand that different countries have diff processing times for police clearances so they are usually happy to wait provided they have documentary evidence showing that you are in the process of getting it done.
