Hi  bro congratulations  mine case is similar as you my  owner changed it abn  then reply nomination again for 186 so my question is will two year count what documents you provide to get nomination approved

Thanks, but not bro ?

In my case the change in the abn happened before the 186 has been lodged... I don't know what happens if the abn changes once your 186 is already submitted! You will need to ask you MA.

If there is change on ABN, so before you submit the nomination and visa for the 186 you will need to submit a nomination for 457 (doesn't start counting again)... as soon as the nomination on that new ABN is approved on the 457, then you can submit the nomination and visa for the 186.

Thank you - slightly different scenario then, I have already submitted my 186 application, hopefully will not have to revert back to 457!

Hey guys, as I've been following you during the last few months, I think is more than fair to share my good news of today!!!?? Got my golden email?... sooooo grateful, no words can describe the pain of waiting these last 3,5yrs, so I know all you are going through, but it's all worthed!!  Keep your faith and it will come in the right time!!????

Occupation: Production Manager (Manufacturing) ...haven't seen any in this forum!

Application: Jan 15, 2018

nomination via agent, PR application done by myself.

Nomination granted: today Sep 13th around 11am

PR granted: around 11:50am

Country: LH

1 person

Haven't been requested any further  docs.. even if medical and some police checks were already expired. But because before I applied for the 186 (nomination and visa), my company changed the ABN:/... so we applied for a new nomination, first got approved (which took only 2 weeks for the approval) and then we put the application for the 186.

If you follow the Immi rules, all will be ok! Just trust God???

Good luck to all of you!!

Congrats... our occupations are sort of close, can I know which processing centre was your case located, I mean what state...

Hi guys , my husband apply 186 de and occupation is cook in April 2017. He is onshore but my dough ter and me in India and we are offshore , if we want to come Australia it effect our file or not plz answer my question.

Is your husband on any other visa or bridging visa? If he is on bridging visa, i am afraid you can’t get in with a bridging visa. You can come in with visitor visa but i guess it will create problem. You should have come in before he lodge the 186. Though i am not sure you are still allowed to get a visa as you have already applied permanant residency which is under process. Better to talk any agent

Heeeey Parksy!

you messaged me on my birthday - in sync! Haha!

As you can see- I am trying to stay off of forum - I’m finding it cleansing!

In answer to your question:

nope

nothing

nada

zilch

I will get my company to update the latest financial year documents in the next couple of weeks to keep us to scratch.

Did the others get back to you?

Just on the way back from the snow!! Perisher and Thredbo!

Have you done your giant holidays yet???

Hahaha! In SYNC totally.

I used to be a ski instructor and taught up in Perisher five years ago!  Spooky

Holiday wise i've been skiing twice, had a trip to the reef and have my trips locked in for next year.

Also Ive just been offered a job by the government no less. So after all this, I may be moving jobs in two weeks ha!

EDIT: Not in the Department of Home Affairs haha

Mate I would have done my best! Can always ask Dutton - he seems to do it all the time!

Question for you mate. Once your PR is granted do you not need to stay with existing employer for 2 years? I've heard that this is not normally enforced but its something I've always worried about.

While updating the sheet, I'm wondering if the person who filled this (below) in in the sheet for June 2016 is still on this forum and if there are any changes? There have been no updates for four months now. I just want to check if you're still there or have left.

Please let us know or else I will delete this entry by the end of the month.

Did you submit the requested documents? I wonder why the status is 'Received', considering they asked for a few docs. It should be 'Initial Assessment' or 'Further Assessment'.
