Hi all, I have a question about the Visa 143. I don't know if Immigration Department still take the application now? Because I heard they suspend all the visas due to Covid-19. Is that true? Thank you so much!

I received the same email in the morning. I just curious does this really mean that you`re very soon to get a case officer? Or just an email send to every applicants who applied their nominations between April to August maybe? Is there anyone who applied the nomination between April to August does not receive this email? Thank you!

I`m fine if the DHA just put the applicants in the waiting pipeline due to the 30000 quota. But I think it`s unfair to refuse nominations without asking for more information just because there`re not enough places. This`s why many applicants are so anxious when waiting for their nominations. I just think it`s not right.

Just curious, what will happen when the amount of visa 186&187 approvals hit the limit? 1, let the rest applicants wait until next financial year? 2, refuse as many nomination applications as they could by very picky processing standard?

Congrats! You`re almost there. Just curious, does the CO ask for the newest training evidence or the past year`s? Because you applied in July 2018, the documents should be updated I think. Thanks!

Yes, you`re right, it`s not fair at all, but it happens all the time. I think it depends on the CO, they just have too much power.

They don`t need wait for March 2019, they already reject people without asking more information in 2018. I got rejected in Feb 2018 and in the refusal letter just quoted with some laws that explain why they can reject me without asking for more details.
