  1. Does anyone know/saw examples of VIC cases being picked up for those who have not passed the test yet since lockdown? I'm curious if they been looked at at all since test centres closed. Looks like they just on hold and only ones that looked at are the ones after the test.
  2. Hi everyone, Yesterday we've got our PR! Here is the timeline: We applied for both nomination and visa on 28th of February 2018. We've got our nomination approved on 22nd December 2018. On 11 January 2019, we've been requested information regarding Indonesian police check which we updated the following days. On Jan 31st CO contacted MA and said he received documents and sent to the 3rd party to check. We've got our PR on 11 March 2019. My wife currently out of town and I can not wait for her to come back and celebrate! I wish everyone good luck and patience.
  3. Your IELTS should be valid on the moment of application. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/meeting-our-requirements/english-language/competent-english

  5. As far as I know, you only see your visa part, and you can not see usually company side as it contains some financial info etc. So if you see in immi finalised it means your part, but as I have not got mine yet I only assume it based on what people posted in this forum.
  6. A nomination is about a company, that government allows them to nominate people to get visas, visa grant letter is about people getting visas.
  7. Not always, you need to have citizen there to physically get to police and I heard it also does not work in all cases. But I'm 100% sure embassy in Australia will not give you PC.
  8. Happy to see so many grants today and so happy for people who got them! it's been 18 days since we've been asked for PC by CO and sent it immediately. If it's 35 days of the response on average it's so painful to wait for the decision when it's so close. Anyone got CO coming back to them after something was requested faster than 35 days? Hope to get ours soon too! Before champagne in the fridge got frozen xD

  11. Congrats fellow Developer Programmer! My champagne still waits in the fridge, I hope we'll open ours soon too! Enjoy!
  12. Congrats! hope mine is around the corner. Applied on 28 feb and nom was approved on 22 dec also
  13. @Hex @Newday AFAIK HAP ID generated once when you lodge and you can not generate a new one. My wife passport expired while we were waiting and MA said we can not regenerate HAP ID and in Bupa they said it's ok as passport update attached in the case even if HAP ID with old details. I think it's just a reference to the case, not really for examination itself.
  14. @Benoit just make sure that if you are on the bridging visa you have the one that allows you to travel. By default you give the one with which you can not travel, you need to request it separately. The default one is Bridging Visa A You need to request Bridging Visa B if you need to travel.
