  1. 5 months after the first request (company related docs and PCC query-reg. PCC with maiden name) and around 3+ months after the second request (medicals and PCC query again). I think it's almost random once your status moves into "further assessment". It could be much sooner for you.
  2. DIWALI GIFT! Received our grant this morning. Timeline below. Nomination & Application submitted on 09-Nov-17 Req. for docs: 21-Feb-18 (submitted on 21-Mar) Nomination approved and a second req. for docs on 26-Jul-18 (submitted on 06-Aug) Finalized: 07-Nov-18 Number of applicants: 3 Thanks and BEST OF LUCK for everyone!
  3. Did you submit the requested documents? I wonder why the status is 'Received', considering they asked for a few docs. It should be 'Initial Assessment' or 'Further Assessment'.
  4. I do have docs with her maiden name. Unfortunately, the Indian consulate only provides PCC with the current name. I contacted them already and they outright declared that there is no way of including the maiden name in the PCC
  5. My nomination was approved this morning (26/07/2018). Applied: 09/11/2017 The first set of additional docs requested: 22/02/2018, Submitted: 20/03/2018 Now they requested below docs again for the PR application (26/07/2018). Medicals for all three applicants. I couldn't submit earlier as my 457 was renewal happened early last year and they had to regenerate the HAP Ids for this. India PCC on the maiden name for my wife. They requested this last time as well. India only gives PCC on the current name. I contacted the India VFS office in Sydney and attached email evidence from them specifying that they don't give PCC with the maiden name. Not sure why they asked for this again. Do any of you know what to do for this? Is there any way I can get India PCC on the maiden name or a proof that Indian consulate doesn't give one? Thanks, everyone!
  6. Hello All.. This is my first post here after stalking for a few months. My story below. HR, 3 people, and DE Filed both nomination and visa applications on 09/11/2017 as Developer Programmer through an MA Request for more documents/info (to my manager for nomination and to me for my wife's PCC for Visa application) on 21/02/2018 Additional docs submitted on 20/03/2018 It has been in "Further Assessment" since then No idea how much longer it is going to take. My AFP crossed 6 months about a week ago, and overseas PCC is about to cross 6 months as well. My medicals are 1 year 6 months old but they didn't ask for those when they reviewed the application on 21/02! I fear they might do that when they have a look again, which will delay the whole thing again. Good luck to all the fellow anxious souls here. Cheers!!
  7. Why don't you apply as the primary applicant? It is probably much easier to get picked for an IT profession (provided you fit in an ANZSCO code and have sufficient experience for ACS assessment) than an accountant.
