  1. Hey Tiziana, good news! look at my signature so you can have an idea, generally they reply 4-5 weeks after nomination is approved
  2. Not that I'm aware of. I think because my nomination was already been accepted before they started sending those email
  3. It's celebration time! After a long wait of 22 months my PR it's been granted today Thank you guys for all the support and the information my timline is in my signature. Stay strong and never loose your faith!
  4. Two workmates received their pr between yesterday and today, we submitted documents the same day can't wait for my turn after 22 months of wait
  5. I'm in the same boat, they requested me the documents on the 14th and give them the 21th and the status is still received. Hopefully we aren't going to wait too long, finger crossed
  6. Hi everyone, For all the people been waiting for a while I'd like to share that my nominations is been approved today after 21 months waiting Hopefully will be not too long for visa approval!
  7. Congratulations! This is very strange, as there is cooks waiting from February 2017 and didn't get their visa yet, not even been rejected. Who know how this immigration officers are working
  8. For any marketing specialist waiting on this forum, a good friend of mine got his pr granted today, 186 ens trt applied February last year. 11 month time
  9. Dear Tiziana, I feel for you and I'm exactly in the same situation, cook 16 june 2017. Probably you and your husband are tired as I am, I suppose you guys as well found a sponsorship and sacrifice a lot of your life to stay here! Listen to me, you're not alone I've worked so many extra hours for disgusting money hungry bastards, I started my job with all the passion and the experience I have and now waiting for my visa to be approved and in those days I became to strongly belive that I'm not going to have a positive outcome at the end of this story for many reasons, lets clarify them: 1 I work for dodgy people 2 Is a shit business and only people on visa and miserables are working there, in fact they abused of sponsorship because is the only way for them to find workers ( god is great, government changed the rules isn't like that anymore) since then no more new cooks/chefs 3 With me, 3 other cooks waiting long time for pr 4 Visas can be refused for different reasons, so even if you are a good, lived in Australia for many years, did everything correctly sure not a criminal ecx they have the power to rejected you because of business nominations for example 5 Cook is not on the long term list, and so far I only seen cook application rejected, not approved 6 Is unbelievably unfair the waiting time, a total joke.I'm suspicious that they don't look at ur application to take time and advantage the business before they rejecting Would I do the same again? Absolutely not, but I had a good lesson So what to do when you know all this things? I choose to do so, and I will go until the end Whatever you decide to do just make sure if for the best and the happiness of your family, then you'll win anyway! Good luck! xx
  10. In another words.. You've already paid my fees, and they are the ones who doesn't want to process your file.. Public outcry? I wish but waiting for a pr we probably are more less than 1% of the Australian population, when politicians are pushing the rest of the population (the one that counts because they vote) trying to convince them that we stealing jobs to Australians and because of us the cities are overpopulated At list this MA has a nice way to reply emails
