I'm sorry but is not our fault if we were born in a place that is considered from the Australian Immigration a low Risk Country..

I'm sorry for you if you didn't get this chance!! ??

It's not our fault where we born.

You might know that, if you apply from European countries for any visa it take less time than the as compare with Asian countries.

What does that have to do with anything? The guy comes on here to share great news about his application. You should be congratulating him.

Idiot.

I think i shouldn't reply to this post.

Did i say any thing about @Haz_UK, his visa will definitely get approve. I was just comparing countries risk as per the immigration guidelines.

On which grounds you said Idiot?

Kashif/ this isnt a competition. My post was to simply give some hope to everyone especially fellow restaurant managers that cases are being looked at/ and share my experience that the department works on a saturday - forgive me if im wrong i thought that was the point of this forum/ sharing experiences. Not a competition of who has waited the longest - woe is me.

Im out

@Haz_UK bro i didn't mean to say like this. You consider me wrong. I was just comp countries statics.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Hopefully everyone will get thier desired visa.

Where is the evidence of this?

In 2015 when i applied my student visa at that time immigration Australia divided countries into three different zones. I'm not sure now.

I will deeply look the site tonight. And please correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks

This is not even true, I'm applying from A low risk Country and one of my best friend applied from Vietnam on the same day and same occupation of mine..

She got her Visa before me.

Maybe can be true that European will have their Visa first but This wasn't my case and Of course I'll not complain but I'm happy for all of those people that are waiting for their PR.. doesn't matter it they are from Itlay, UK, Cina etc...

@Kashif.Iqbal all good. We’ll put this down to ‘crossed wires’ . ?. And yes i really think things are speeding up - the fact the dept are working saturdays is great news. hopefully this forum will full with a bunch of newcomers before long ! In regards to the low risk high risk country thing - all evidence seems to point that the biggest determining factor is occupation - we’ve seen accountants have their day, then marketing specialists, now the cooks/ chefs and reataurant managers are getting theirs- maybe they have a bingo type system wherw they randomly select occupation of the month?!

@Parkesy

I'm waiting for your reply bro.

Hey @Kashif.Iqbal, not really sure what reply you are waiting for, I couldn't see a question? If its about the misunderstanding, just move on, and lets keep this positive. The process is hard enough without us fighting amongst ourselves! Genuinely wish you the best of luck, regardless of country, culture or creed!

If ALL required documents had been submitted at the first stage then I think you don't need to worry

@deepak1986if you haven't submitted your employer financial documents, then please do right away instead waiting for immi to ask you , i think it is preferable to submit every documents from your side and employer side before only , so that way immigration have all documents in hand when they open your file.
