  3. This is more than fun. You have made payments to go through your case. Without something written or formal approach, how can over phone someone rules out the application. Have you inserted ' genuine need statement paper'
  4. They are not showing any concrete reason for refusal(!), how possible? They must have to issue a written letter. Moreover, what supporting documents you can think of to prove their decision wrong !!

  7. You have said you are refused three times. Does it mean you applied in different a occupation ( in any of the 3 attempts)?

  9. I have written one letter to the Department to stop working on all the files. We want the Labor Government to work on the files. Because this Bull-Dutton government is not capable to handle jobs. So guys if you see next month, the estimated processing time is 15 to 18 months. Dont worry.
  10. Dear @KKD: It is really a sad news. Would you please write a but more to what extent the business incurred loss, Whether the training benchmarks were ok, Any adverse information of the business, no of employees, whether Australian citizens are working in the business, statement regarding the real need of the position etc. Because only loss of the business is not enough to refuse an application.
  11. You study is fine. Now for TRT you dont need skill assessment. But in future this opportunity may not continue. So this intelligent man@Parkesy is right. ‘Think for yourself’. Check the homeaffairs website, talk with you Migration Agent. Everything will be alright. ?

  14. I am not sure what you mean. Would you please explain for TRT stream is there any requirement to go through skill assessments? I have not found yet.
  15. Exciting.. It is 8 months. Does it mean the Department has started working on September files!!! Difficult to believe.
  16. When I applied my IELTS score has not expired. But it will expire on July 2018. If the Immigration opens my file after July 2018, is it a requirement that I have to provide another IELTS certificate? Can anyone give an expert advice?
