Mate as per Accountant some companies pays super every end of the financial year and most of them pay for every quarter, who ever pays end of the year that goes into the next financial year, my boss paid first at end of the year for that year it was less, next 2 years it was more for CO. even My MA said it’s 1000% winning chance if I got for appeal , but I won’t have the business where I’m working. so can’t appeal, it’s fate what we can do.

Hey mate I have read the letter it’s says we got few casual staff part timers and full timer as per immi my boss haven’t paid super to some staff and as per my boss we don’t need to pay for some staff who works only 10hrs in a month. what ever in middle I have lost the money and time , even for appeal I don’t have chance as my boss is already sold the boss.

The company applied one retail manager with same documents and got approved in feb this year. co says that company paid less superannuation for 2015/2016 where wages are more. and paid more 2016/2017 where wages are less. It’s total silly, its another reason to reject the application.

Very sad to share my nomination got refused yesterday, shit reason superannuation paid by company is less to staff, mine was ok. my MA said this is the first time he is seeing silly reason and rejected. cook trt applied on 30 June 2017

One of my friend got his PR yesterday applied as a retail manager, it’s 187 visa. im waiting from 29 june 2017 as a cook trt. still in received.

Bro I’m in stricky situation my employer is selling the business it may go off hand any time soon. don’t know what to do have been waiting from 14 months. request boss to hold the business he did it for 9months now is lifting his hand up. spent my money on this visa still got nothing. when I called my MA he said to wait .... this is killing me.

We have been advised not to ask for updates This is what I got from my MA applied as cook trt 186 on June 29/2017 it has been 14 months for today , still no update.

It’s wrong mate we have seen few got in 6 months few got within the time frame, but some are waiting from sometime, I’m gonna completed 14 months tomorrow
