W4v my employer said that I already submitted 2 years docs 9th May ( allocation date of application)he said I talk with ma they said that it is not a issue.. if immigration needs they diffenatly ask the docs..he said as far as his knowledge they do not need any thing.. even it is more then 12 months after lodging my application.. he said he will do training benchmarks next week.. this is only thing they need earlier.. W4V Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 @deepak1986, mate i'm not sure all i know is better to submit all documents upfront , that's what i did, i didn't go through MA i submitted myself on March 8 2018, i simply submitted all docs upfront employer and mine, so i guess may be you right if your MA says all doc's submitted then that's good and probably you wait for immi to respond if they need any further docs. may be other forum members might help on your enquiry. The link below is my MA newsletter regarding Training Benchmark requirement at the time I applied. My MA requested my company to demonstrate 1% of payroll in most recent financial year only. I applied in October 2017, so we submitted financial reports ffrom July to June 2017 FY, receipts and also a spreadsheet shows all training expenses and calculation to the 1%. Every Approval felt like my own or step towards my own approval, that i hope goes for everybody, as everyone here come here to this stage with their own amazing story for which conclusion still need to be written, and i wish everyone to have their conclusion come fast and positive. Question: Once the Nomination approved , what HD is looking into for finalizing the Application. Marketing Specialist: HR : 186 trt 3 person Nom + Visa applied : 26/6/2017 Nomination Approved : 11/5/2018 ( No other doc req so far). Amazingly My status on still showing received. Just sharing info: TRT Low Risk People: 3 (2 ad and 1 Ch) Position; 121213-Fruit or Nut Grower State; Vic Nomination date : 15/11/2017 Nomination approved: 10/12/17 Application Date: 05/02/2018 I don´t have access to the IMMI account as I am going through a Migration Agent (provided my company). Oh well, so hahaha can`t really check on status. Maybe +12 months to get it approved. Wish you guys all the best, sucks to be waiting hey... Can be 2hrs, can be 12 months after spending about 5 years watching this forum. They advise that on average its 28 days until its reopened.
