Hi mate I applied on 5th may 2017 as a pastry cook trt allocated on 30th march 2018 submitted requested docs on 11th may 2018 and today 14th may he approved the nomination but asked for AFP again because of my name issue. so yea doing the AFP again .

thanks for your reply mate, well CO contacted my lawyer today he approved my nomination today but could not grant the visa coz he asked me another AFP again arrggg. i have a last name issue, it appears together ( first name and last) on my passport but separate on other docs so he wants another AFP which should show my given name and lats name , i hope it make sense. Does any one knows the quickest way to get AFP? my friend says i can do it through broker or agencies by paying some extra coins, but he doesn't have much info. anyone knows ? THANKS guys

hey guys CO allocated on 30th march( good Friday) and asked for new AFP, i applied on the same day but it took 4 weeks to arrived. our lawyer just submitted on last Friday 11th may along with other documents. does anyone have any idea or have been through the same situation, how long does it take after submitting all the requested docs?

Hey all! haven't posted anything for a while, haven't been following up, too busy working and stuff. My immi status changed to initial assessment on good Friday ( 30th march ) if any of you remember, i'av been asked for new police check and some docs from employer. Unfortunately AFP took more than 4 weeks to arrived ( bit of bad luck involved ), anyways just submitted yesterday along with other docs. hopefully will have good news next week. trt PASTRY COOK on 05/05/2017 allocated on 30th march 2018. Also want to share , I have friend ( hairdresser) who waited for 18 months got rejected last week due to not paid enough benchmark training back in 2016. 2017 and 2018 were okay i feel for him

yea thought so, last update on 30 march ( good Friday ). checked the massage they have sent to my MA. asked for police check again. super excited and a bit nervous at the same time.

Hi all haven't posted in awhile. Any pastry chef or baker in a house ? been waiting for 10.5 months no news yet, meanwhile boss's trying to make the most out of me lol btw application processing time disappeared all of a sudden

Got approved on Friday that's awesome congratulations! Did you have any clue whether you had a CO allocated or no? Or you just received an email straight away? Were you checking your immi account regularly.

Oh yea that's good to know that someone's got the visa, given us a hope , it's been over 6 months since we've applied and really hoping by next month. what sorta doc did they ask for ?
