As per that info immigration approved 25551 business sponsor applications by the end of March 2018, however they projected 34068 business sponsorship will be approve by the end of June 2018. So according to their estimates 8517 applications (business sponsorship ens186/rsms187) will hopefully be approve by the end of this year 2017/18.

Yes I know, I have commented previously. Im asking you what you mean when you say "As per this update (34068-25551=8517) 8517 business sponsorship will be approve by the 30th June 2018"

    1/1/17 to   30/6/18 Projected 186 Visas          =   34068
(-) 1/1/17 to 31/3/18 Actual 186 Visa Granted =    25551
                                                                                                ----------------
    Estimate/Assuming Visa will granted                   =   8517
    between April18 - June 18
                                                                                                  ---------------

Guys i got quick question about "Training Benchmark - 1%",

Can company satisfy 1% training benchmark by spending on me for training purpose or the expenditure has to be only on Australian citizens or permanent residents ? as obliviously i'm not either of it.

I doubt anybody will know the answer to this question Im afraid unless they work at DHA!

But if you are wondering if they open a file, approve it then just go through all the other files attached to that company then it seems the answer is no. Its on a file by file system but that is only my opinion from what we have observed on this forum and the powers of deduction!

Chin up, it will happen in time.

Yes they have the access to the information of people already been sponsored by the same company. They do the valuation according to the business transactions and the number of people with their wages.

Well I wasnt commenting on that but ok. I imagine thats still done on a case ny case basis though otherwise we would see block approvals attached to the same company.

I was asking the same question today to my MA. He said the spending should be on Australian citizens or permanent residents only.

Thanks mate, i just confirmed from immi site as well, but i just got shocking information from my employer that he hasn't spent enough on Training benchmark 1% for one particular year ?,  does any one been in this situation? if shortfall amount spent in this financial year will it suffice the problem?? if not, how should i approach this issue, i just don't want to get rejected just because of employer made error.

now i am really worried after i saw rejection 2days back of not satisfying benchmark for one member ?

That's a tricky situation. I lodged file last year June but made sure that the training expense is 1%. I am in the process of arranging for this year. Try calling PDTraining. they might help you.

Not good news that. You cant back date the payments or pay in one go from what we have seen on here but Im not a RMA. Best check with them.

Guys, for your information.

So this means processing time is based on the facts of last months.

Right so the numbers are basically just an average of how long people have waited in that particular month of processing.

In other words a number is generated based on each monthly batch and is not based on any meaningul algorithm or calculation.

Basically its meaningless.

YEP!!!

And the worst part... being scared to go on holiday or leave the county whilst you are on bridging visa - in case you are refused whilst you are away and can't get back in!

I am actually a prisoner...

You can officially call me a POM!

2 x DE 186 Marketing Specialists, LR (UK), small employer, been waiting since July 2016.

That isn't a typo ... TWO THOUSAND AND SIXTEEN.

No updates, no requests for information, and all required docs have been uploaded (including updated police clearances after the old ones expired)
