In considering an application for a visa, the Australian Immigration Minister may, if he or she wants to, get any information that he or she considers relevant but, if the Minister gets such information, the Minister must have regard to that information in making the decision whether to grant or refuse the visa. Such kind of request for additional information is made by sending Immi s 56 request. It is important to give all the details and documents asked by the department. There must be a list of required docs with it !!

Just got my PR grant today. Sales & Marketing Manager 186 TRT Nomination lodged 1 June 2017 Visa lodged 1 June 2017 Nomination Approved 21 March 2019 PR grant 18 April 2019.

That's not an Audit. Your CO requested more docs from the company. The audit is when an ABF officer makes a request not your CO to the director of the company from his email address and mentions categorically that this is a company Audit for 457 Visa holders, asks for the list of documents to be submitted within 14 days time frame. Your CO may or can request an Audit . Only your MA can ring and speak to your Case officer. Depends on the migration agents. some migration agents have the dept. direct numbers to be honest. You can't ring and ask for your Case officer as per my understanding.

wow, that's a long wait for your. I strongly recommend you to get to the feedback Unit. They will write to NSW PSE to get back on to your file and will update you as well. Mine is a bit different. They did a company Audit and Asked the company for a list of docs. I have heard where there is an Audit is usually take about 2 - 6 months for Audit clearance to come. It usually takes 2 months for the Audit response after submission but can take upto 6 months as well.

there was a team of 5 but only two were interrogating. They probably be doing more then just one visit.

surprised visit. Mainly my role in the company. verified my Pay and how long I have been working with the company etc. I am a marketing manager so they asked if I could show them some tools that I use for marketing etc.

5 of the Australian Border Protection Officers came to visit at my workplace and interviewed me. Fingers crossed now... Nom+Visa Applied 1/06/17 Immi rang boss on 01/05/18 Request for additional Docs 3/05/18 new AFPs Application is on further assessment has anyone had Immi visit lately ??

Yes she only spoken with the Owner of the company. after two days of the phone call i received new AFP requests. Nothing since then. No nomination approval so as no visa !!

it was more about my position/role in the company then anything else. MA just verified few information i.e what do I do, how many people work in the company etc.

does it matter how many number of applicants you have ?? mine is similar. 3 people in one application. HR country. Nom: Sales & Marketing Manager Visa + Nomination applied 1/06/17 Verification Call came to work on 1/05/18 Further Documents request for just New AFPS came 03/05/18 No news since then ? ?

Use your common sense. The more application means more work for the CO and also more people to get their PR. Aren't the immigration trying to cut down the immigrants intake for the year.

Listen up Parkesy, not all the applicant are here in this forum neither their visa responses. Same employer, 2 sponsors, same occupation, both HR. Applied together one got approved 1 person HR , the second got refused 4 person. There wasn't no other difference in their applications. And fyi this ain't your drawing room mate. Use appropriate language at least in public. This explains the upbringing. ?
