Nomination applies 1/6/17 Application applied 1/6/17 TRT Sales & Marketing Manager Received a call from immigration today at my workplace. Was looking to speak to my boss. Verified some details from him and that's it. Nothing changed since then. I hope the wait is over soon

Well with the immigration process high risk or low risk terms are used for the countries you are originally from not the occupations. Occupations refers as skill levels. You can Google the skill level for your occupation. As per my knowledge cooks and few other occupations are in critical zone.

You need to login into your Immi account, get to the help & Support tab and find client feedback. You will be directed to Online Form - Compliments, Complaints and Suggestions. Fill up this online accordingly. In the form select the subject of your feedback visa. Then check on "do you want to make an enquiry about a visa application" after completion you will get the auto generated email. somebody for sure will contact you then in about 2 weeks maximum time. Remember this option only works for people gone over the timeline mentioned on their immi account.

Here is you answer bro. Check your vevo status or bridging Visa Condition. If you bridging visa is active and has no work limits like most of the cases you can do second job. Don't get confused asking people. Speak to your MA he should answer you for that. Make sure your 457 Visa has expired already because if it is not your bridging visa is not active then and there is a work limit on 457.

No, It doesn't work that way. It depends on the year the business got approved. this is when you applied for a business approval before your 457 visa application. so the approval year till current year your training benchmark should be paid every year.

I Would strongly suggest to upload all the business docs till at least December 2017. I would do January or Feb 2018 as well as its more psychological.

siddu, just an advise to you. Tell you MA if your company docs are not clear to show the appropriate business activity the he should write a submission and make it clear. all the best bro.

I don't think it works exactly just that way. There are few other factors involved in finalizing the applications accordingly.

Hello Tania, the latest updated once is your immi account one. They updated couple of days ago and keep changing it. The trend is 11 months in most of the cases
