There is system Maintenance going on with Immigration web between saturday 2:00pm till Sunday 9:00am. I just hope they wont change the processing timeline again. :@:@

There is a possibility of their visit or a phone call. You are way over the processing time. I suggest you get your MA to ring on the number mentioned at the footer of the requested info letter immigration sent you. You can ring that number yourself too but the will only be able to provide you information regarding your visa application. Since your nomination isn't approved you may get your MA or your employer to ring. If you speak to them technically and nicely they do support.

Hi there, Now, when was the first further information request come and what did the ask ? Similarly what date the second information request came and what docs they asked ? Did you or your employer receive any phone call from Immi ?? how many applicants are in your Application ??

How about you open your bridging visa and have a look at the conditions. Does it says to keep a private insurance ?? Unless your bridging visa is not active.

Mine is a little bit different situation. Exactly after 11 months of wait CO rang at work and spoke to my boss on 1 May 2018. Verified my role, people working in the company etc. After 3 days they only asked for new AFP nothing else. No other documents were requested for nomination or company.

Really !! My MA is telling me a different story. He is saying this isn't a positive sign. This is just the visa application. Nomination has nothing to do with it.

Thanks mate. That's what I thought but have not heard any case like that. Most of the cases immi approved the nomination and asked for the AFP. I guess mine is the first case they hold the nomination and requested AFP for the visa. Strange !!

Can someone explain me how this works ?? Nomination Applied 1/06/17 Visa Applied 1/06/17 Sales & Marketing HR 3 people 01/05/18 CO rang my employer and verified few details 03/05/18 Received email from Immi for the new AFP request. They have not approved my nomination and yet they are working on my visa file. i am confused a bit. How come my nomination has not been approved and Immi is working on my visa. The only document asked was new AFP that has been submitted on 15/05/2018.

Yes they have the access to the information of people already been sponsored by the same company. They do the valuation according to the business transactions and the number of people with their wages.

Immi has sent you the link of AFP in the checklist they sent. just use that link. It's the better way to do it and it only take 7 days normally to be mailed to you.

Nomination application 1/6/2017 Visa application 1/6/2017 Trt HR 3 people Sales & Marekting 1/5/2017 Received a call from CO asking for my boss. Verified few details like my role, company staff etc. 3/05/2017 request for a new AFP. No news of nomination approval still. Fingers crossed.
