    Hi, When my friend came to visit from the U.K. he packed 240 pg tips declared it and was fine. i also have a friend who comes over from NZ and will always bring my 300 pg tips and thats fine as well. Just thought i would let you know.

    Good morning Pontepom, I am looking to come up to the goldie on holiday with my family (wife , me and 6yr old son). Do you know or have any recommendations of self catering apartments? Also i welcome anybody elses ideas. Thanks Andy

    I signed up. On the weekend before, i went to Chemist Warehouse and picked up the same perfume advertised on click frenzy for the same price. And Chemist warehouse were one of the people on Click Frenzy. Waste of time.

    Hi, You don't need to get it stamped. All i did was let my CO know my flight details. It owas only there a few days. Just keep an eye on your email and they will let you know when it has been electronicly activated. Then you just fly back in. Andy

    Hi, As far as i know, there is no tax on personal clothing. as long as you are not importing it for resale. I am sure they are not intrested in clothes. As for the wicker basket. i haven't a clue.

    George you are correct, however when i went to change my driving licence to an aussie one i was told i needed to prove residency. After a lengthy chat with the rta lady she told me that state computers can not talk to federal computers. so i had to go into the city for the label.

    I am sure the visa is electronic. When mine was granted last year, all i had to do was leave Australia for a few days. "the button" would then be pressed and i could return into Australia. I then went to immigration office in Sydney the following week and got the visa label put in my passport. I certainly didn't have to go back to London (where i applied) to get the label.

    Hi, i live Just up the road from the St Georges hosp[ital in Kogarah. I live on the edge of Monterey and Kogarah. anywhere south of that is nice sans souce, Ramsgate Dolls point or Sandringham. Hope that helps abit. Andy

    Hi, Just thought i would let you know i traded some U.K. games in at Game ( Eastgardens Sydney) over the weekend no problems.

    The Rta here in Sydney would not swap my liceince over with out proof as "the visa is federal and the rta is state. And i can't go on the federal system to look", she was so helpful. So i had to go into the city and get the paper sticker in my passport. If you have the chance to i would get the visa put in your passport.

    Here is a small tip for you all. If you are in oz when you are granted your visa and have to go offshore. When you get back go to the regional immigration office and get the label put in your passport. The rta wouldn't give me my driving licence until i could prove by way of a letter or label in my passport that i had pr. So someone got paid alot of money for VEVO that some govenment bodies won't even look at.
