My MEDs reached HOC today in Sydney, and I was searching for the e-mail address on the site of HOC. But I only see the phone and Fax numbers. Can you please send me the e-mail so I can contact them? Which information should I mention in my e-mail in order to let them find my MEDs? Is it my passport number only? I'm actually asking this because I don't have any reference number for my MEDs. Guest Posted June 9, 2011 Share Posted June 9, 2011 Hi all Hope you dont mind if i join this thread I to lodged a paper 176 application my lodgement date is 19th April 2011 they acknowledged on 10th May and im gutted to say that i have not heard anything since. Is there anyone else with WA SS in a similar situation? its really stressing me out not hearing anything and we are using an agent so we have been told that we cannot contact them direct to chase it up as our agents have been appointed to do this on our behalf. by the way great thread good to read about everyones good news i just wish mine would come soon xx Donna Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then, HOC sent a reply, saying that medicals had been finalised. In the query email, I quote info attached below. DID u request orana to sent form 1100? What is ur application date shown in the email? I submitted my application on april 18th (475 oana ) dont have a CO yet. This is the reply of the HOC: Thank you for your email. The medicals for your spouse and yourself have been received. They are currently awaiting assessment from the Medical Officers of the Commonwealth. Please be advised due to the back log, as well as some visa case loads now deemed a priority, the medicals may take longer to be finalised. Should you have any further questions please contact us. You will receive a confirmation email on reception. Reg medicals, do your medicals with hospitals with e-health system which will help you a lot with time.
