Hi Senior members I have been granted visa under 475 sub class on 07-Oct-2011 and I made first entry on 30th- April-2012. Due to some persoal resons I could not stay in OZ and I return to my country. I am planing to go to OZ again on end of May 2013. My question is. 1. At present situation i don't have enought time to satisfy 2 years living in regional area as a result i have to extend my provisional visa by another year ( with my wife and 2 kids). 2.Is there any posiblity to extend this visa? if so how long can extend?. Since this is a critical decision making procees, I seek advice from members who might came accross the same situation. Thanks

Hi Friends, I have been granted 475 NSW regional sponsored visa, I am a civil engineer. But there is no job oppotunities available in Orana region at this moment. Therefore I am considering to move to WA region to find suitable job for my skill. I will be staying in regional are of WA. Is there any issue to get PR if i move to WA?. What is the procedure?. Any legal requirment?. Is there any one with similar case to guide me?. Regards Kumar

What about if it is on 475 SS visa. It is a legal obligation to stay in the state where the sponsor is?.

Hi rex Nice to meet you. yes i am working and applied for Pcc through High commission here in Singapore. It will take min 2 months to get it. You may check your police web site. if you can apply via high commission they will state on the web site. Thanks Kumar

Hi Thanks for your comments. In my case, PCC will be late because i have to get form 2 countries. i hope MED will be ok and let see what will happen. Wish you to achieve your goal soon.

Yes you are correct the orana ref no is XXX/2011. This number you should fill up in visa application form. Thanks Kumar
