Nomination refused -> the DHA will stop looking at your application till you apply AAT and won (the court will "set aside" and ask DHA to keep processing your application). They give you I think 28 days to withdraw or wait and after that probably 1-2 weeks and they will refuse. I don’t know , it will be now holidays only from October. We have Christmas soon then half of the staff is already on Holiday. It’s like small family do not join gym, In gym you will be by yourself .
