  1. Nomination refused -> the DHA will stop looking at your application till you apply AAT and won (the court will "set aside" and ask DHA to keep processing your application). If you lost the AAT case, your application will not ever be looked at. That's all information I can share with you.
  2. Hi guys, after 2 years 3 months of waiting (included AAT appeal). My family has received golden email this morning. To whom who feels impatient in waiting. Don't put your attention to this matter all the time. Do things that make you feel happier, luck will come to you - just a matter of time. Application applied: 29 June 2017 Nomination Refused: 18 Jan 2019 (Employer Nomination got refused) AAT applied after the refusal, took around 3 months to process -> AAT Appeal won. Nomination Approved: 5 Aug 2019 s56 Requested: 11 Aug 2019 s64 (2nd VAC) Requested: 11 Sept 2019 PR granted: 26 Sept 2019 Direct Entry. Cook. Once again, good luck to all the people still waiting and thanks the forum for all the positive advices.
  3. @Bips22 Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. The reason that my application got refused was about the employer nomination got refused. But I applied for the appeal and won so my employer nomination has been approved and the DHA is going to keep processing my application like before but now my application status on the website is Finalised. Now me and my family have to provide medical test and police check, along side with the prove of English. That's all documents the DHA required us at the moment. I don't know that is a sign of PR granting or something, feel a bit nervous..
  4. Hi guys, I'm back. I posted about my visa refusal on January this year and been through a hard time. I applied for the AAT Tribunal and luckily, my family won the appeal. The court decided to set aside the result that made the nomination approved. I received an email from my immigration agent yesterday. He said in the email that our family received an s56 form. I'm the main application and have 3 dependants which are my wife and my 2 children (22 years old and 13 years old). I was wondering that does my son (22y) have to go to school for the prove of enrollment for the application to be going easily? I read on the mail and saw that any dependant who is 18 or over does need to prove to have functional English or they can pay the second installment visa charge fee. Can my son pay the fee instead of taking school because he has been working for a while? I am looking forward for your kindly answer guys. Thank you. Application applied: 6/2017 Application Refused: 1/2019 AAT Tribunal Court Appeal Won: 26/7/2019 Nomination Approved: 5/8/2019 Direct Entry Position: Cook VIC PESE
  5. Hi guys, as I got my visa 186 refused last week. I'm going to make an appeal soon, but my son (he's 22, he's currently on dependant visa 457 which granted in 2016, expired on 11/2020) decided to withdraw his application (186). So there will be only me, my wife and my daughter applying again for the 186 visa. Just wondering will my son withdrawal affect our visa while we will be waiting for it? And after my son withdrawed his 186 application, will he still legally be stay in Australia till 2020? I hope you guys help me to answer this. Thank you guys.
  6. Hi guys, after waiting for 20 months, I received an email from the immigration last night said our application has heen refused without any reason. They said we have an option of withdrawaling the application in 28 days. Seems like I'm not lucky enough to join you guys in the future. Occupation: Chef. Direct Entry Nomination: 6/2017-1/2019 Applicant: 4 Wish all the best luck to you guys.
  7. Morning guys, I have been checking my visa status for like a year and it normally shows 16-19 months (my current waited time is 17 months 20 days). But this morning I went to the immi website and checked, it shows 10-14 months which passed my current waiting time. I'm getting a bit nervous. Has my visa got any troubles? Please help me with this. Thank you and have a good one guys.
