  1. Hi all, I just applied for citizenship and they want me to provide evidence of first arrival. I knew I have stamp in passport so I thought all good, but now I have noticed that the stamp has wrong date by 1 day. I arrived on 14/8 but the stamp is 13/8. In the application I put the correct date of first arrival 14/8, but it seems strange as my proof doesn’t match what I stated in the application. Any thoughs what to do?
  2. Honestly, you should contact migration agent immediately because you have very limited time to sort this out and every case is different I think even if you have BVA, you probably can't just apply for professional year because I assume you need to hold visa for entire duration of professional year and you BVA would be only for that specific employer for that specific position and even if you get it somehow, they could just cancel it anytime when they find out. Why not to apply for Graduate visa?
  3. I think they will grant you bridging visa automatically but they will not be valid until your current visa expire and only they your bridging visa will be valid.
  4. The day has come. After nomination refusal in July 2018, I appealed. After 1 year of waiting for AAT company changed ABN and I had to withdrew my appeal and lodge nomination and application again. I checked immi account this afternoon and my application status was still Received. I checked again at 8pm and it was finalized. Timeline in my signature. Good luck everyone.
  5. congrats, 2 grants from August... I start to think they just ignoring mine, they even granted my colleagues from September and haven't even opened mine
  6. I cannot tell you if you can prove it or not but it is good thing they asked. They refused my nomination first time for "company didn't prove genuine need for my position" without asking anything so yes, it is good they asked. Now they have to prove it. MA should know what to do, this may be really hard without MA as restaurant manager has very high refusion rate as far as I know
  7. I believe it would be at the same same but if you used MA, I don't think you actually get email - your MA will send you email.
  8. My colleague got nom+applicaton both granted today, he applied sometime mid September 2019. I am unlucky I guess lol
  9. Well... they will let sponsor know the decision but if they refuse nomination, they will refuse application as well and that is something you would see in your immi account. I don't remember exactly but I think they refused both in same day so probably together (because with refused nomination they will not even look into your application and have to refuse it). You can see it when you check. I could see it in messages as message titled "IMMI Refusal Notification with Decision Record"
  10. If you are asking if it is problem that 457 were removed then no, it is not a problem as you are appealing decision which immi made back then. I believe your lawyer would tell you not to appeal if he doesn't believe it is a valid appeal.
  11. I got my nomination approved 2 weeks ago, company turnover is around 5million. So I would guess TRT nomination can be somewhere around August/September (of course some cases have higher priority so it is just my guess). They haven't even open my application as it still show Received.
  12. I actually remembered one relevant thing my MA told me. AAT will asses your entire nomination and application again, they will not just asses the reason why they refused it.
