Application - view details is erroring out for me. Is this the case with others as well.

Same here yeah.

Getting the following  "An unexpected error occurred. Please close all open browsers and try again."

Just need to try again later, no major concern.

Even my MA said it’s first time he got that reason for reject.

One of the criteria for being an Approved Employee Sponsor is they need to - "Demonstrate they are operating as a lawful business".

Not paying the correct Super to employees could be deemed as not being lawful.

Guys,

I want to ask a question, I'm applying subsequent entrance sc482 visa for my wife. I'm on sc457 visa.

Do my wife have full working rights or she can only work for my sponsored business?

Please answer.

Thanks

My wife is a subsequent entrant on my 457, and she got full working rights.

Mate as per Accountant some companies pays super every end of the financial year and most of them pay for every quarter,

who ever pays end of the year that goes into the next financial year, my boss paid first at end of the year for that year it was less, next 2 years it was more for CO.

even My MA said it’s 1000% winning chance if I got for appeal , but I won’t have the business where I’m working.

so can’t appeal, it’s fate what we can do.

I changed my address, as per required according to IMI site, is this likely to shift my application to the back of the queue?

But also remember, you must keep them informed with regards to Passport, name and address changes, or your VISA could be rejected.

I believe they can process this within 5 working days...

I don't think I want to risk anything, if i dont change my name then i wont need to change my passport and i'm not planning on moving any time soon so i think if i just wait till after PR it will be easier?

Ahh yer, wait until you've got your PR before you officially change your name, not sure you have to announce you're married.. But again, not sure how they'd know either.

I imagine you have to inform them if your marital status changed though - this would have an impact on your application? Will they be included on your application or not for example?

Morning guys, I have been checking my visa status for like a year and it normally shows 16-19 months (my current waited time is 17 months 20 days).

But this morning I went to the immi website and checked, it shows 10-14 months which passed my current waiting time. I'm getting a bit nervous. Has my visa got any troubles? Please help me with this. Thank you and have a good one guys.

I am 18 months now. Many of people in same boat here I think. Not sure how much good calling is, unless you enjoy hold music.

Just going to wait it out and hope for the best.
