One of the criteria for being an Approved Employee Sponsor is they need to - "Demonstrate they are operating as a lawful business". Not paying the correct Super to employees could be deemed as not being lawful. Edited December 19, 2018 by boo-yaa

Mate as per Accountant some companies pays super every end of the financial year and most of them pay for every quarter, who ever pays end of the year that goes into the next financial year, my boss paid first at end of the year for that year it was less, next 2 years it was more for CO. even My MA said it’s 1000% winning chance if I got for appeal , but I won’t have the business where I’m working. so can’t appeal, it’s fate what we can do. Ahh yer, wait until you've got your PR before you officially change your name, not sure you have to announce you're married.. But again, not sure how they'd know either. I imagine you have to inform them if your marital status changed though - this would have an impact on your application? Will they be included on your application or not for example? Andy Truong
Morning guys, I have been checking my visa status for like a year and it normally shows 16-19 months (my current waited time is 17 months 20 days). But this morning I went to the immi website and checked, it shows 10-14 months which passed my current waiting time. I'm getting a bit nervous. Has my visa got any troubles? Please help me with this. Thank you and have a good one guys.
