    Hi guys. Ive finally received a golden mail today. My time line is below and please update my one in the excel sheet. Occupation - Chef / SYD / 2pp 24/02/2018 - visa/nomi lodged 17/12/2018 - Nomi approved (no further documents requested) 04/01/2019 - Fucntional English Evidence of my wife requested ( I submitted it on the same day) 4/02/2019 - The CO said it doesn't meet the criteria so I can request the invoice or submit English test result. (I requested the invoice on the same day) 5/03/2019 - both visa granted. Its been a long waiting but it is worth to wait. So happy guys. Specially thanks to Hex and everybody who helped me here. Your turn will be soon. Have a good night.

    Seconde uploaded posting please. Hi. Guys  Anyone who has experience like this circumstance. I am an applicant in Feb 2018 186 trt Chef Sydney 2pp My nomination was approved 17th Dec 2018. Now the co asked functional english of the secondary applicant who is my wife but I am willing to pay the installment of English charge. And I requested the invoice last Mon, 4th Feb via immi account and E-mail. However no news at all. So really wonder how long normally it takes to get the invoice after request? Please share your experience with me. I will be a lot appreciated. Thanks Guys

    Thanks Hax. Soon as submtting the document on immi account , my visa status directly changed initial assessment to further assessment. After that, no news..... So stressed but no choice. Have to wait.. Thanks for sharing your experience

    Hi. Guys. Its so so glad to see a lot of pp get their pr granted. I would like to share my situation with you guys. I applied nomi and visa on 24th Feb 2018. Chef. Nsw. LR. 2pp And nomination approved on 17th Dec 2018 also requested for English Certificate for sencondary applicant which is my wife on 4th Jan 2019 and straight sudmitted it on 5th Jan 2019. Visa status is further assessment. Its been 29 days. Is it normal or I have to contact CO? As Ive seen many pp get visa granted right soon after submitting requested documents. Is there anyone who has similar experience with me. Please share yours Many thanks

    Hi. Guys My MA got a phone call from immigration and CO requested an additional document about my wifes english. It was unknown number so stay with it. If you get unknown phone call, you or your MA should answer. I think it is a good sign for me to be asked for English evidence. I am really excited...... hope I get a golden mail soon Thanks My timelines are below Nomi and Visa applied on 24th 02. 2018 Chef 186 trt Sydney No: 2pp South Korea(LR) Nomi approved 17th Dec 2018. Additional document requested 4th Jan 2019. But immi status is still "Received"

    Hi. Guys. Happy New Year Has anyone seen or experienced nomination approved but visa(applicants) rejected? My nomination was approved on 17th Dec 2018 but haven't heard anything also my immi status is still "Received" Please share your experience. Do appreciate you. Thanks

    Bro. Dont believe MA too much I mean do not over rely on Ma. Tell your MA to provide the refusal letter and have a look at it all throughout then find out what the exact reason is. Because Ive never heard of the refusal reason you had. So sorry for you

    In my experience, I would say " Yes It does" The size , turn over , reputation of the company does really matter. My one approved within 9 mths despite of our huge negative numbers in our financial report.

    Thanks Bella but we are RSL Club that has 50 poki machines. And we spent 2.2m on renovation in 2016 ans it causes our financial report has negative numbers but my reliable MA wrote a letter explaining our negative mumber. I do belive it worked. I am so happy with my MA.
