Good afternoon I just like to point out few things 309/100 visa country INDIA My DOL jan 2020 FIRST RFI 23 dec 2020 Generic email to upload missing documents Then on Interview CALL 1 FEB 2021 Which went very good Then after that case officer sent s56 for my husband divorce decree and form 80 within 7 days which is provided within 2 days I was expecting a GRANT LETTER THEN ON 16 March 2021 a generic email stating that you application is in process Next On 9 April recently 2021 My agent told me that my case officer has changed ? Is it normal ? And new case officer demanded a new s56 request to upload plenty of documents please see attached the list and given me time frame of 28 days My question is that even tho I have submitting all the documents previously My lease documents Bills Money transfer Super Video call snap shots Since living apart jan 2020 till feb 2021 what’s app chat history and calls history I provide my agent to upload every two months Wedding reception photos Tradition and religious wedding photo Visiting india and offical introduction to other family member to each other And so on plenty of proofs And the new new case office has requested the all oh the above again Where as I only have 7 to 8 documents space left Can you please comment if have any idea Thanks

Hi DOL jan 2020 rft generic 23 dec 2020 interview 1st feb 2021 s56 1 feb 2020 13 March email application is in process auto generated 9 feb again s56 of those evidence which I have already uploaded like all the photo lease documents and etc my agent told me my case officer has changed and he didn’t bother to look to attach document and requested the same and given me time of 28 days my question is do any one have idea how long after that it will take I was really hoping my husband grant

I was hoping for a visa grant letter for my husband but instead 16 March I received an auto generated email DOL jan 2020 Auto generated email Subject: Your Australian Partner (Provisional) (subclass 309) visa application is progressing Automated message from the Department of Home Affairs Application reference: ******* Dear **** We are writing to inform you that your application for a Partner (Provisional) visa is in progress. Your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks. DOL jan 2020 Auto generated email for more information on RFI 23 dec 2020 Interview 1 feb 2021 after interview on same day case officer requested s56 with 7 days timeframe On 1feb 2021 Submitted 3 feb 2021 16 March . I received auto enervate email about informing timings Can anyone help me after further assessment why I got application in process auto email and then Curiously I enquire Delhi commission office on 16 March about auto generated email they reply me back with Dear Applicant, Thank for your email. The email you received on 16 Mar 2021 is a reassurance mail stating that your application is under active consideration and a notification would be sent once a decision has been taken. Can anyone help me or have any same situation or anyone know time frame after that as interview and s56 has been done on 1 feb 2021 and submitted document on 3 feb 2021 Thanks & Regards

I got my pr yesterday but came to know today morning Just saw my golden email, though, it arrived yesterday can’t believe lodge file trt on 21 feb 2018 aprroved 8 March 2019

Mine was changed to it was before 10 to 15 months and now it showing less 11 months - 14 months .. my 12 month is started .. hoping good to happen file and nomination lodged on21 feb 2018 status recieved
