From April 2017 to Jan 2019.it makes 21 mnths. He didn't make any mistake only mistake he made was by mistake he wrote nomination approved on Oct 2017 which is actually Oct 2018 which is after 17 mnths of file lodgement and it further took 4 mnths for his visa which makes 21 mnths

Bro can't take screenshot as it has important details but will tell u it's format Nomination approval decision. Company name - Nominated position Annual package Nominee name - Ur name Nominee date of birth-. These were the only details given on Ur nomination approval letter. And it says u must lodge Ur pr within 6 mnths of this approval if u havnt lodged yet

Yes my frnd got it whn its15 mnths old. It's discretion of case officer if they wave it or not. Acc to my exp normally they wave it off fr further 3-4 mnths after 12 mnths

I already got it in July. Occupation - cook Nom and visa applied 4 jan2016 Nom approved July 2018 Visa approved July 2018 almost 29 mnths waiting time

Brother plz dnt think negative. If u r going through struggling days now then happy days are waiting for u. U will definately get Ur pr only thing u hav to keep patience. I got it after 29 mnths and in between I also feel stressed but then I realize overthinking will not give me anything rather than bad health and I just keep moving wth flow of time. Talkto Ur family everyday and to Ur frnds as well whom u think will motivate u . Listen to positive people. We all are here to support u. U will be winner one day. Gud luck

Looks like immi make people wait tht long to see how long employer and employee coperate wth each other they know anything happen applicant will be on loosing side otherwise there is no reason to make smone wait tht long even after nomination. Wht abt Ur second case officer where is he gone and wht third one wants now
