hey guys status  changed to further assessment  from  initial assessment just now any idea ? have a feeling its being process

Obviously it's being processed? It would have started processing when your status changed to initial assessment and they'll be processing it further now it's in further assessment. Did you think that didn't mean it was processing? You're in a good spot, most people here are still on received

Is it TRT or DE?

If TRT, is the Nomination approved?

Hey guys..did any of you take unpaid leave whilst waiting for the visa application results?

I am currently looking at taking 2 months off to visit home and spend more time with family and my manager agreed as long as it will be after year end, Currently, under my 457 I am entitled to 90 days of unpaid leave, but I just wanted to double check if anyone else has considered this and went for it or not.

Thanks

Hi Guys,

Just want to see if anyone has gone through a spot check\site visit. Our 186 app (transition from 457, HR country, Marketing Specialist) has been lodged in Jan 2017 and has been requested to submit additional docs two times already. It has been over 15 months now in total and we haven't been heard from immi since Jan 2018. Our MA suggested that there might be a spot check\site visit coming up. Has anyone gone through it? Any exp to share? thanks!

Hi Alibaba,

The first request for info was in Sep 2017, second was in Jan 2018.

First one asking for info like bank statements, payslips, tax return and etc which are pretty standard (which we submitted when we first lodged but we submitted again with more anyway). Second one asking for work related stuff to prove we actually work there.

Neither my employer nor myself has received any phone calls and just my wife and myself in the application.

Thanks!

guys can you throw some light on training benchmark 1%-  if the receipt shows training for "All Employees" is enough or we have to itemize receipt on each employees who went for training?

if you have seen your training receipts you can help me out - appreciate your help in advance.

There is a possibility of their visit or a phone call.

You are way over the processing time. I suggest you get your MA to ring on the number mentioned at the footer of the requested info letter immigration sent you. You can ring that number yourself too but the will only be able to provide you information regarding your visa application. Since your nomination isn't approved you may get your MA or your employer to ring. If you speak to them technically and nicely they do support.

I have checked that into my immi account, have not spoken MA yet so i don’t know the reason, tomorrow will speak to lawyer and find out what is reason, but i am guessing reason will be not provided all documents, they said comment on refusal within 28 days

How can you check in immi account?

it doesn’t show anything related to nomination, you can also check about your visa status.
