    It was very hard to wait that long but I knew nothing wrong with the documents and my case ..... just that kept me going... visa + nomination applied- 11/5/17 Docs asked 19/10/17- submitted same day Docs asked again 22/11/17- submitted 6/12/17 After that it was a big full on file until 29 April 2019...no news...at all...call them they say its under processing. I decided to lodge a complaint on 29/4/19- they said said to give them 3 weeks to find out about my file 3 weeks 1 day gone no answer again.... lodged a second complaint on the first one. The lady said we will get back to you in 3 days... that night received an email...detailed one but almost same answer that could be this this reason. Thanks for your patience. 2 days later - CO called my boss and approved the nomination Asked for Afp and medical 24/5/19- submitted both by 4/6/19 and then started waiting again....kept calling them as The wait was killing me. 4/7/19 - I called global feedback unit... once file is open they said can’t put pressure on CO to make a decision. Lawyer said to just wait till 16/7/19 then we will chase them.... Meanwhile I made up my mind that I will go to ombudsman and lodge a complaint against immi if didn’t hear anything in July...... but finallllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyy IT IS HERE..... cannot suggest to stay positive all the time as it is really hard... but I would just say that NEVER GIVEUP on things what you deserve and have worked hard for ....I am really happy now . Thanks to this group for all this support all the time. All the best to each one of you waiting there.... good luck !!!

    My nomination approved 23/5/19... Afp and health check asked....submitted 4/6/19....still further assessment....called so many times...but no satisfying answer....applied in May 2017 [emoji17][emoji17][emoji19][emoji19]

    Hi dear I just called global feedback unit and said that it has been almost two years and what have the immigration has been doing on my file? I want a definate date they will be deciding my application. I wqs reqlly angry and literally crying. My lawyer said to call them and just say whatever I want to say. I just did that.

    Hi Guys Visa + nomination applied - 11/5/17 Position- Dental Technician No. Of applicants- 4 Country - India CO allocated- 19/10/17 Asked AFP submitted same day 22/11/17- CO called clinic - spoke to employer confirming my work details No news after that till 29/4/19 Then I lodged a complaint against my case in Global feedback unit They didn’t reply to my complaint until 20/5/19 I called global feedback unit on 21/5/19 and put a complaint again against unattended complaint before. The lady said give us 3 working days and you might hear something from them. 21/5/19 at 6:35pm received email from a CO manager saying sorry for not replying before but they are working on my file and will reply to us asap. Please be patient. Today- 23/5/19 - CO called clinic again asking for my boss. I answered phone and said he is not available then he asked for myself. I got scared and unknowingly said ......I am at other clinic instead of saying he is talking to me only. He called other clinic again asking for boss. He was not there then he asked for me and receptionist said I am at other clinic.... he got confused... he asked to speak to owner... owner handled the situation well... then he called my boss (2nd owner) he handled situation well again..... while we all worrying about the outcome of mistake I did( between 4:30pm to 5:35pm ) ....My boss called me saying NOMINATION is APPROVED. From this[emoji1314] [emoji35][emoji24][emoji22][emoji33] to this [emoji1314][emoji23][emoji8][emoji23][emoji2][emoji1][emoji16][emoji23][emoji7] in just in few minutes is awesome feeling Atleast Silver email is here. Thanks for all your support during this long wait. If you guys could help me with last question....Is my stupidity still going to effect my visa as nomination is already approved??? Is there still anything I should be worried about?? Feeling bit light today. My boss is awesome and has always been so supportive. And thanks again to you great people too.

    11/5/17 applied visa + nomination 19/10/17 CO asked for police clearances 22/11/17 CO asked for business and my salary account statements and super statements NO Answer since then Submitted docs on 6/12/17 .... called 100s of time... same answer....your file is under processing ...lodged a complaint 3 weeks ago ...no answer [emoji853][emoji853][emoji853][emoji853]

    You have doubled your waiting time...why don’t you put a complaint or call them to try and accelerate the file.

    My MA doesn’t want to write an email to immigration and I don’t have any direct contact no. Or email for the case officer....I just know her name that too cause she called my work on 22/11/17 to talk to my boss and as receptionist was not around, I happened to answer her call... she told me her name and asked for my boss...I said he is not in..May I know where are you calling from... she said calling from department of immigration... I said if it’s anything urgent you can let me know and I will pass on the msg...she said no it’s something confidential...she will call his mobile...and then before hanging she asked Do you have someone working named xxxxxxx?? ....that’s when I realised that the call is regarding my case ... I said yes... she said Thanks....then she called my boss and confirmed few details and later that day MA sent a msg asking for more docs as she requested further information....... Maybe I have not bought any champagne or scotch bottle in advance that’s why they have not given me a chance to celebrate...I will go buy one this weekend and keep it for celebration day [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]....initially I was upset and anxious 24x7 then just few hours a day ....now its once in a week I think about PR as no point wasting our precious life on WHAT, WHEN and WHY.... just chill and enjoy [emoji4][emoji4]

    But sometimes its just similar to received as I have been on this further assessment status from 6/12/17. Sometimes I feel like calling immigration and asking them if they need any help reading or understanding my docs as to me my case is pretty simple. A dental clinic with 3 dentists 1 practice manager 6 dental assistant and 1 dental technician (me). 6 of the staff members are Australian citizens, 2 permanent residents, 1 temporary resident (me) and 1 student visa holder. Whereas in 2015 business sponsored our practice manager and she got her pr in 5months now Here I am. I applied on 11/5/17.... been asked docs twice, once on 19/10/17and 2nd on 22/11/17...last submitted on 6/12/17 and since then I am struck on this further assessment status.....every time I call them they say its under processing....but I don’t get what the hell have they been processing on this file... looks like have sent it to mars to get processed. Every time I called they either said waiting for the CO to be allocated (i have always called them after submitting the asked docs) but still they were waiting it to be allocated. Then once they said oh you have called Team A but your case is forwarded to team B so please call this xxxxxx no. since then they have been saying looks like they have been working on your file as I can see someone looked into it last month, last week blah blah ..... when they say working on it, I feel like asking that ARE THEY MAKING TAJ MAHAL ON IT [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23].... well sorry to vent out like this on your comment but writing all this has made bit lighter [emoji4][emoji4]

    I am waiting since 11/5/17. Applied visa and nomination on 11/5/17. CO asked for further docs i.e AFP for both me and my husband on 19/10/17. Submitted on the day. Again opened file on 21/11/17... CO called my work place to confirm if I work there. And also called my employer to confirm few details.... then asked for company and my salary statement, super statement and notice of assessment for me. Submitted all on 6/12/17. No news since then. I have called them almost 20 times but always same answer.... its under processing. File looks good. Please wait ....don’t know how long the wait is going to be ... hopefully we hear some good news soon !!!
