    Hi everyone, i just want to ask if someone apply from oversea 186 direct entry, how much experiance required? 3 years or 5 years as experiance from overseas. i am aware 3 years if australian but could not get right about foreigner experiance. Regards

    Hi, just had my ceremony today in melbourne, applied in june 2020 and had test and approved in april 2021. Today was virtual ceremony and finaly complete journey which was started in nov 2007, this platform has been very helpful and i wish best of luck everyone. Thanks

    After refusing PR 21 days will be given to apply AAT and if anyone outside the country he/she will be allowed to get it but make sure get bridging visa for travel before leaving.

    No, u will not get refund anyway, if u want to apply 190 i would recommand go for it bcoz it will take around 6 month for skill assessment plus IOE waiting time, but with 75 point u got bright chances.

    Hi, In case of withdrawing your application you will not get refund, the fees you have paid is not refundable if u even withdraw now, second thing if your nomination get refused then you will be given time to withdraw your visa application just to avoid visa refusal history but you will not get back your fees anyway, so i would recommand u to wait unless the decision to be made.

    I applied AAT in june 2018 and approved in april 2019 took ten month, i strongly recommend u go for AAT and u have bright chances to win it as benchmark law has been changed though i was before levy but they said because law changed its no longer require. Good luck

    Hi siya, sorry to say but 100% agree with hex if resturant does not exist there is no way your nomination would approve, you made best decision to go with 190. Best of luck

    Hi, i am in victoria and our manager case is solved just 3 to 4 month in AAT, as soon as my case finilaised by AAT then next week her case was opened and made decision within one week in basic of documents, i think they are resolving case very quickly now.

    Hi All, finally got a golden email this morning as a cook TRT applied 30 june 2017 nom and visa both. nom refused 29 may 2018 because of benchmark. visa refuse 28 june 2018. applied AAT for nomination 18 june 2018. applied AAT for visa 16 july 2018. AAT call over meeting on 12 feb 2019 and ask for all documents within 2 week. AAT set a side decision(in my favore) and subtitute nom with approval on 12 April 2019. same day remit visa application to immi and immi asked for medical, AFP and oversea police check with deadline of 10 may, which provide on 5 of may and today got it. finally being in aus since 2007 its look very different today, hope u all get visa soon.     Hi, They do not accept if date on acknowledge letter are before then recent 6 month, if you gone passed 6 month after file your case it would be problem, it is just one aspect, plz check with professional. Regards

    Same happened to me, after approval of SBS in first and second year no one working there on 457 visa, i was first who start working in last year and my lawyer said u only need from first 457 was employed there, so we only put for last year and case was refused straight away without asking any clarification, so guys be very careful about training benchmark and update all detail before asking, wish u best of luck everyone.
