Hi All,

My colleague is after some information. She is 186 trt lodged 6 months ago (main) with partner as (secondary applicant) with no kids, After many fail trials to give one more chance to each other they finally broke up on Valentines day, she told me that she has sent an email to immigration for his removal from 186, and she got response stating to fill out 1446 form (or something similar) partner doesn't want to sign it, and she has informed her family overseas to proceed with divorce legally, However for time being she is thinking of lodging STAT declaration of separation, to make things easier at this stage. They are 5yrs old couple in relationship. She is too stressed any advice from any of you would be of great help.

should submitting STAT declaration for Separation be fine for this stage?? and how to convince dept about his unwillingness to sign 1446 form?

This happened to me just recently. I was honest and told immigration. I filled out the 1446 form and did a stat dec to say we had separated. After a lot of back and forth immigration told me that they couldn’t take my ex off of the application as he refused to sign the form and say we had split. Months later and lots of stress the visa got granted with both of us on it.

Best to be honest and write a stat dec, whatever they decide to do about it is up to them but atleast your friend will have given all the info and done the right thing.

Hope it works out for her.

So I've been requested more documents for our visa application today. "Evidence of Registration/Licensing". However, the nominated occupation does not require licensing or registration to work. Any idea how to provide evidence that I do not need to hold registration or a licence to work in the nominated occupation?? I can't think on what to provide as an evidence.

I have been requested the same. But my occupation actually require registration. However, becoming registered company auditor take years. It's kinda impossible for 2-3 years experience auditor likes me. My MA suggest that I need the letter from the principal and also my supervisor who I've been working under their registrations to explain the industry, confirm I can work without registration and on my way to get it in the future.

That's what I'm gonna give to them. Let me know if you have something else to add in according to your case. Thanks.

Hi Jonny, I was under the impression that to legally run as a business you have to be registered. ABN certificate and business registration certificate?

Hi ,

I have applied for a 186 vusa, nomination has been approved and have requested for medicals ant polise clearance. The case officer has not requested for form 80. Just wondering if its compulsory?  Or depends on the case officer.

I think no need for 186 trt visa. It need for direct entry 186

They asked the exact same docs from me and my employer...we gave super statements, salary statements, pay G and letter from employer confirming the employment from first day....we did not submit salary slips... submitted docs on 6/12/17 and still waiting....

sounds quite comprehensive your submission, you'll get there dont worry!

Did they ask for your medicals and police check?

Hi All!

looking for advice..

my partner and I applied for a visa 186 ENS TRT in April 2017 (marketing specialist)

so far no news. now, I have plans to go overseas in June and I am currently with a bridging visa as my 457 is well expired.

Understand I can easily get a BVB but, my concern is what would happen if the nomination had refused while I am not in AU. Can I still get back in the country with a BVB?

Thanks!

Lets just say that Wine helps a lot. To be honest I am sure that everyone around me is sick of hearing about it and I'm kinda sick of talking about it too. But there is little we can do so it really is just about trying to be patient, trying not to worry, retaining hope and making sure the Wine fridge is stocked up! Best of luck to you.

I think those who have been waiting for more than a year (or less..) should not visit this forum every day like I do... :) It makes this waiting period even more difficult...Now it only gives me a feeling of injustice :):):)
